Rent din kami ngayun. Pinagiipunan na rin namin gusto na rin namin ng sariling bahay.

My family owned one house in the province and two condo units in here in Metro Manila. I hope someday magkabahay din kami dito. Iba pa rin pag bahay tinitirhan mo.

Salamat sis. ganyan din nangyari sa amin nung una. Actually dapat december nakalipat na kami. Pero masyadong na delay ang pag process ng security bank kaya nilipat na namin sa ibang bank. 2 weeks lang lilipat na kami.

^blackgreen,sent you a PM regarding your questions. medyo detalyado ang sagot ko, to help you decide and compute how much money you should prepare before you can avail the house that you want. actually kaming dalawa ng husband ko, medyo nabigla sa dami pa ng other expenses aside from the DP. umabot ng 160k yung additional expenses= bank charges, move-in fee and property transfer expenses. wala pa rito yung mga bibilhin mong gamit sa bahay. need talaga to prepare a big amount of money.

^yannuh, medyo relative yung word na "mura". maganda magbigay ka ng range na gusto mo. lalo na kung Pasig and Makati areas, mukhang condo na lang ang makukuha mo jan. kasi ginto na ang mga lote jan. meron ako nakita sa Pasig. kaso condo rin. not sure kung rent to own ang scheme.

We're now staying in a 2-br condo owned by my parents while we are having our house constructed. We own the house because we're paying for it, but my husband's parents own the land. However, we also borrowed money (interest free!! hahaha) from his parents since we went over budget --- which is okay since they're also partly at fault because they wanted to make the house a little bigger than planned haha.

Our house is owned by my mother-in-law's family. Ownership is supposed to be turned over na to my husband and sister-in-law, pero 'di pa naasikaso. Have no problems with it, though. Our house is a duplex. But, our ka-duplex (is there such a term?) comes home around once or twice a month lang kasi they are based in Cebu. They come home lang when they need to go to Iligan (we're in Cagayan de Oro City).

We live in a middle class subdivision, so we're quite comfortable with the security and everything. But, our (my husband and I) ultimate dream is to buy our own condominium unit. We have our eyes set on two developments here in the city - one is very near the mall (by Filinvest), while the other one is a green condominium. Hopefully, we'll be able to get a unit in either of them.
