kasi hindi pa completed yung house na binili namin kaya until now nag rrent pa rin kami. Hopefully once maturn over na yung house namin eh wala na kami rent.

currently renting habang gagawin pa lang ng developer ang bahay. sabi sa amin 1st quarter 2015 ang start ng paggawa nung house

Wish ko lang may sarili na kaming bahay pero baka several years pa bago mangyari yun. haha~ Panay rent lang kami dati, if not for our grandma's house baka nagre-rent pa rin kami.

Renting. Planning to buy a condo. Hirap kapag nag re rent lang. Hindi ko maayos yung house base sa kung ano ang gusto ko. Hindi din naman kasi nagpapakita ever samin yung may ari and hindi helpful yung broker niya.

owned pero mortgaged pa..but together with the main house I have 2 income generating apartments that generate passive income to pay off the mortgage. Basically the house is paying for itself.
