rent or owned bahay nyo?

Nag rent ako dati, mahirap kasi malaki din binabayaran.  Mas maganda talaga owned.  But others do prefer to rent since ayaw nila ng property investment, mas maganda daw ilagay sa business or other investments.

may house kami sa province na owned ng parents ko....pero here sa city, im leaving sa vacation house ng auntie ko. Now, I am still discerning if I will buy a house and lot here in the city or build a house in the province (yung lot is bigay ng parents ko).

pareho tayo ng situation sis, hay. we're also renting a condo tapos paying for our downpayment for our very own.

We bought our own house sa Cavite pero we were living in my parents house before that which was owned din (sa parents ko nga lang).. Agreement kasi namin ng mom ko, we can only move out sa dating house namin if we have our own na kaya it became our goal na makabili dahil kahit ok ang relationship ni hubby with my parents, iba pa rin kapag may sariling bahay na. Buti na lang, we don't have to pay for an apartment rental kaya natapos namin yung downpayment ng walang problema.

We used to liive with my husband's parents then after 2 years we decided to rent a condo in Taguig.  We also stayed there for 2 years.  But then we realized that we are waisting our money paying for a property that will not be ours.  Not to mention the increase in yearly rental of the unit and the parking lot.

AFter much thought  we decided to build our own house.  My husband was given a property by her parents. We started the construction last July 2009 and move to our new place by March 2010.

I can say that we made the right decision.  Now, we have a house that we can call our own.  Aside from the space that we do not have when we were in a condo, we have a garden where my daughter and pets can play.

We are renting right now, at the same time waiting for our soon to be our own house to be turned over. Can't wait to move in, since lahat naman ng mag asawa ito ang goal magkaroon ng sariling bahay at lupa for their children.

We are now busy doing the minor extension of our house para once we move in ok na ang lahat.

Thank God talaga!

renting din kami ng husband ko. as much as we want to have our own, medyo matinding tipiran pag nagbabayad na ng monthly amort. sa klase kasi ng location na gusto ko, min. of 3M ang halaga ng bahay sa qc area...

Still renting pa din kami, but yesterday nasa developer ako at  nakikipag usap sa loan department, may need daw na for evaluation sa house namin, nakita ako ang title ng house and lot namin, and I am so happy. Can't wait to move in to our own house.

Owned in the province. Pero here in Manila, rent. Hopefully makahanap na ako ng nice work in the province para ma maximize namen ang bahay namen doon.
