kami we are moving out from my parents house and rent a condo or an old house.

Ang hirap pala mag decide.

The house looks good kaso kasama namin yung matandang mayari at dun sya sa likod pero one compound.

Condo - unfurnished so dami pang aayusin.

kami ng hubby ko, we are renting a house, then at the same time. We are paying for the downpayment so we can move to our soon-to-be "Owned" house..
