For now, rent muna kami. Ipon na for the construction of new house. Kaya napilitan sya na pumunta muna sa abroad. Dito kase sa atin medyo matagal bago makapagpagawa. Ayaw naman namin sumubo sa PAG IBIG. Grabe tubo e.  Target namin. Mapagpagawa bago mag aral sana yung baby namin. At least bago mag grade school. Sana....hay....

owned (mortgaged) actually, just moved in Dec last year. im excited kasi im a first time homeowner. i got a single detatched unit in Bacoor, 9 more years pa to pay heheh. single ako pero masarap ang may sariling house, yung kahit papano may small garden, and an area where you can entertain friends. i dont purchase much for myself unlike before, karamihan ng sweldo napupunta na sa pagbayad ng amortization and home improvements.

Owned. I'm very proud of my hubby as before we got married, the house was already fully paid. Even the furniture were not utang.  He really prepared for it. Magaling siya mag-handle ng pera and the thing is he's not stingy, but a smart spender.

rented.. but hubby and i are thinking of getting a rent to own house somewhere here in the south area para naman di nasasayang yung money namin sa pagbabayad ng rent.

living with lola, actually nauna kami but since she owns the house and laki ako sa kanya, sinundan niya ko.

But am currently paying monthly amortizations for my aunt's house in Dasma, Cavite. So, soon, I'll have but am not planning to live in it.
