dati rent grabe hirap lalo pa kung minsan wala pang katapusan sisingilin ka landlady dahil need daw nila...banas!!!

...pero ngayon dito na kami sa binibili naming house nakatira...pinatira na kasi kami ng seller e kahit di pa nila naaayos yung papers pero lapit na yun....sana nga

owned house in cavite.. but i also rent a condo sa manila for 25k a month unfurnished unit.. pero im not in the philippines right now kaya no one is using the condo sayang lang

sanla-tira. marami po ganito dito sa makati (around cembo, south cembo). isasanla for 2 or 3 yrs contract and after that year balik uli ang pera. walang tapon. yun pagstay namin ang pinakatubo.

i dont know how you will classify us... kasi we don't own the house but we're also not renting...
the house kasi is owned by my hubby's aunt who is now settled in hongkong... so she asked us to look over the house... kasi baka daw may mag squat.. sayang naman...
it's a win-win situation for all of us... kasi may magbabantay na sa house nya at the same time may house kami to live in for free..
