question lang sa mga nagre-rent, it's my first time kase eh.  pinapaganda nyo pa din ba yung bahay pag rented, as in the interior?  kase parang naiisip ko, parang waste of resources naman, next time na pag may bahay na talaga kame.

we own a small house in fort bonifacio but we are currently renting an apartment here in makati kasi this is where we put up our business, so dito na rin muna kami nagstay for practicality and convinience, and mas malapit kasi dito sa school ng kids, kaya ilang years na walang nakatira sa house namin, we just go there once in a while to check and clean.

My family never rented a house since I was born. My grandparents always owned their house and when my mom got married, my parents also build their own house.

Now I am married and planning to build our own house as well. In the meantime, we are renting a condo in Makati CBD and just bought a 3BR at Serendra to have a permanent place to stay here in Manila.
