our old house was owned by my grandmother. our house right now is owned by my parents. yung lot ng bahay namin bigay sa mom ko ng magulang nya. mom ko na lang nagpagawa ng bahay.

rented lang din sa amin.. i have a tito who has the money to buy a house but still prefers to rent. why? he said that you can use the money to invest in business or stock market and whatever you earn from that part can go to rent part for savings or whatever.. napaisip din ako pero for me still want to have my own house..

^ iba pa din ang may sarili kang bahay. a house is a good investment naman lalo na pag tumataas ang value ng lupa mo..i've never lived in a rented plae ever. my parents believe in the value of having your own place to live.
