meron pa bang brigg's chinese school? nabanggit kasi ito ng isang chinese friend ko. nakita ko rin dati yung ads nya sa manila bulletin.

i think chiang kai shek college has that sorta thing.  i'm not too sure if they still have it. meron daw ata before parang once a week or something lang...maybe you can call to inquire.

i'm looking for a school nga din, sana if ever, better kung may kasama para may practice lagi.
i've surfed the net na, meron ang UP at Ateneo, i've emailed UP kasi yun ang sa tingin ko mura hehe... i'm yet to receive their response pa kung how much and how to go about the enrollement process. i'll let you gals know as soon as i get it!

Aside from Languages International and Instituto Cervantes, what are other places that teach Spanish?

sure sis tamarind.. hehe ako rin pag naisipan ko... go lang ng go.. pero once na tinamad na.. ayan na naman.. dapat may kasama ako na tagamotivate rin.. haha BEsides, mas effective if you have someone na puwede mong kausapin with the same language.

How about learning to speak Nihonggo? Btw, ano ba difference nung Kanji ?!  If anybody can recommend a good class na reasonably priced lang.

^ the best school for german is the goethe institut. the school is now located in makati

@ sis phoebs: the japanese language uses 3 kinds of writing: hiragana, katakana and kanji. kanji are just chinese characters adapted into the language. hiragana is a syllabary used mostly for native japanese words. katakana is a syllabary for foreign-derived words. basically, that's it. but these also have other uses, as you will find out once you actually study the language

Medyo mahirap ata ang german, i tried reading some stuff bout german language, actually basic german. hirap...

^ wala naman foreign language na madali. even spanish. maski daming parehong words sa filipino, once you actually study it, you'll find out that spanish grammar is quite difficult. madalas iba sa english.

ganun din sa german. medyo awkward aralin kasi ang german sa umpisa, with all the umlauted vowels and weird consonants. takes a lot of getting used to but learning a new language is always fun

Oo nga sis, time and patience and most of all willingness to learn I learned nga, in order to learn another language, think like them, example, if you're trying to study japanese, think like a japanese, if you're trying to learn german, think like a true german.

that umlauted vowels are driving me crazy haha!
