You learn that you do not have to be too concerned with what others are thinking about you. (Kiber!    I been there... done that! I cannot please everybody).

You tend to be more relaxed and try to enjoy "life's moments."  (family bonding and vacation, hugging your hubby and children, learning while listening to others and observing other people).

Hindi ka na mega-react to everything that happens to you.

I feel good when attending school and family reunions/get together and people say that, " you look great! Parang hindi ka nagbabago."
