learned sa manual (my Dad's requirement), then drove our automatic cars only.  Then, when I got my own, automatic pa din.  But my husband prefers manual...same reason as the others, you have better control of your car. Since we got married, he only buys cars na automatic (as much as possible, if not he has to dispose of it kagad)

same here. i learned sa manual pero takot ako talaga kasi ayaw ko mamatayan ng makina. so i drive an automatic. my husband used to have a manual but he sold it and got an automatic para magamit ko din like pag nasa casa kotse ko.

i know how to drive stick but only in and out of our garage. when i still lived at my parents' house, pag ako unang nakakauwi saming magkakapatid, kotse ko ang nasa pinakaloob. in the morning, minsan ako unang aalis. mga kapatid ko di mo magigising para mag-atras ng kotse nila so ako nagaatras tapos papasok ko ulit sa garahe.

manual pa rin kasi control mo yung speed and acceleration, plus pwede itulak pag tinirik.. hehe.  masakit lang sa legs ang manual lalo na pag bumper to bumper ang traffic...

matic forever! mas madali kasi magdrive pag ganun lalo na sa traffic.
pero for me, dapat marunong ka pa rin gumamit ng manual (for emergency cases etc).

i learned to dive with a manual car and it took time for me to get used to matic...but now, matic na ako coz its very convenient pag traffic...parang toy car gas ng brakes lang

ako rin mas feel ko manual kasi thats where i learned to drive and mas feel ko na nagdidrive when i use manual.

mas ok pa rin para sakin ang manual. mas kontrolado kotakbo ko when in manual transmission. feeling ko pa ang takaw-takaw sa gas ng matic.

Masarap talaga i-drive ang Matic kze it`s easier pero mahirap pag nasiraan ka. And mas lumalakas [textspeak!] sa gas pag tumatagal na yung car. At least pag nasanay ka sa manual, kahit ilagay ka sa Matic keri mo pa rin. What if nasanay sa Matic and emergency na kailangan mag Manual, mangangapa pa

Automatic, although I also drive stick. Kaso natatakot ako pag inclined feeling ko uurungan ko yun nasa likuran ko.
