What do you think of today's younger women?

- Less hostile and less judgmental towards women who gave up their virginity.
- Liberated, outspoken, assertive, aggressive
- Domineering

Anyways, I am part of the younger generation pool. I could see myself as a domineering woman when it comes to serious relationships. I am not into egoistic, hambog men, unlike women who are subservient.

NEGATIVE:

What they lack in intellectual or spiritual depth, they make up for in layers of cosmetics

Shallow and vapid. Well, NOT ALL but hoardes of them. UGH

The deadliest arsenal a woman used to have lay between her ears: her gray matter. Sadly, for the younger girl the only thing that mattered was found either between her thighs or between her ears—not the brain anymore—but her FACE.

POSITIVE:

Once upon a time, people would say one must grow some balls to lead the world...

But nowadays, the women of the new generation have proven that instead of “balls,” if you wanted to rule the world one must grow a VAGINA.

not so different from when i was younger, much younger.   it's not shocking nor surprising for me whatever i see/hear young women do these days.  been there, done that lang ang attitude ko.

Positive:
Mas liberated and varied yung point of view, so they don't think na being a wife and a mother is the only reason for a woman's existence and that life isn't worth living without a guy.  Ngayon mas accepted na yung pagkakaroon and pagfofocus sa career instead of marriage, of wanting and having your own life/identity outside of your family, of thinking that you could do whatever it is you set your mind to, of being strong and independent.  Dati things like that were discouraged, were something that should be kept hush-hush lest you scare away potential husbands, pero ngayon these things are celebrated.

Negative:
There's a tendency na maging vain, self-centered and dependent on outside validation.  Hindi naman lahat ganito, but marami akong na-oobserve na younger women na may ganitong tendencies.  There's this drive to be up to date on what's cool and to be cool, to appear happy and fabulous to your peers, have them like your outfits and what you post online, to broadcast to the world what you're doing/eating/thinking every moment, etc.  It's like there's this compulsion to share every bit of yourself, that it's crucial to do that.  It's almost impossible to just be in the moment, to just enjoy, to savor simple pleasures without feeling the need to inform or outdo everybody on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram.
