pag naka-SUV ka and you drive at night, you have no problems of being glared on thru the rearview mirror or the side mirrors ng headlight ng SUV na nasa likod mo when driving at night. (i used to drive a car and this was my pet peeve.)

cargo space: when you do your groceries, shopping or need to make "hakot", the cargo at the back is spacious even when you have all the seats occupied.

para hindi malakas sa gas, get a 4-cylinder na SUV. unless na you plan to run the SUV from 0 to 60secs in less than 10 secs, ok na ang 4-cylinder na SUV. (the thing with SUVs is that mataas ang roll-over rating nila but unless you make a turn driving the vehicle more than 20mi/h, you need not worry about it.)

go for RAV-4 ('07 or '08), Lexus RDX/MDX-di mahirap magdrive kasi feeling mo kasing laki mo lang ang car.

Thanks sis. Kaya lang di ko afford yung rav4 na 07 or 08. Naghahanap ako nang second hand crv na 2001 below model kasi medyo maliit  compared sa mga bagong labas na ang lalaki or rav 4 na second hand.

      good choice if suv na kunin mo but a small or medium size suv (like xtrail, crv, rav4 and the rest) para hindi hirap sa parking and maneuver since your new.  I am driving my nissan xtrail and i dont like cars anymore. It's better to drive a bigger car and not hard with parking since its almost the same specs. a bit longer lang and a bit wider the suv but with much better comfort with the seating capapcity and configuration and bigger storage space. better view and no glare nga from other cars. Get an automatic, so it will be much easier to drive.

Sis, if you want suv. I recomment Nissan Xtrail matic. Its a medium sized suv so its still very easy to drive and move around. I love my xtrail, its easy to drive, spacious and low maintenace.

I drive an SUV (a CRV the old style) and I like it very much because I got good control of it.  What I don't like about the new CRV is the foot brake.  My hands keep looking for the hand brake.  I keep forgetting about the foot brake, especially when the lights turn green again.  Baket kaya nila ginawa ganun yung mga bagong cars? Pati Camry foot brake na din.

sis, if you're the type of person who goes on road trips often or if you're studying in manila like me.. you might wanna consider a pick-up. i, for example, will be having a strada early next year. and it was my choice, not my dad's. bukod sa matibay ang mitsubishi, mura at madali pang makahanap ng parts. practical na para sa akin ang strada kasi pag weekends, madalas ako sa rest house namin. pag weekdays, sa skul naman ako.. eh alam nyo naman ang baha sa maynila.. at least pag pick-up, there's a huge chance na di papasukin ng baha yung makina pag mabaha.
