What I would do with P1 million

Wil donate it to the Duterte campaign. haha!  Seryoso, yan, if may extra 1M ako today, dodonate ko sya for Digong´s campaign by helping sa mga food and transpo nung mga cinematographers (mga volunteers lang kasi sila, and I know some of them personally).

Give some for the church.
Invest the rest in either Hospital Stock, Mutual Funds or VUL.

Bahay at lupa talaga kahit maliit lang like 100sqm lang saka educational plan ng mga anak ko. Bibili din ako ng family van kahit 2nd hand para sa family ko para pag may lakad, di na namin need mag commute or mag rent. Yun lang.

I will buy a vacant corner lot in a strategic location at mag post ng lot for lease. kasi kahit walang structure ang  property mo at maganda ang location may mag lease na mga business owners.
 kapag naipon ko na rental fees saka ako magpapatayo ng commercial stalls. the rest of the money i save sa coop ng isang govt office  kasi mas malaki interest nila kesa sa commercial banks. the rest i will pamper myself in a derm clinic hahaha

Just now, as I was looking through my colfinancial accounts, and thinking of the coming ghost month, I would love to have that extra 1M and invest them all sa stocks now.  Will buy EEI, FGEN, EDC

^hehe ako din! some people are superstitious about buying stocks sa ghost month pero for me, best time yun kasi madaming mababa.

siguro if i had that extra million, i will use 500k to buy stocks and 500k to help pay down my investment property.

Since hindi ko naman pinaghirapan yung 1M mapupunta sa donations, personal luho, and I'd treat my family and close friends.

1 million sa mundo ng investment at reality... i think maliit na yan.. to buy lot or condo unit.. but pwede siya stock market (risky but you have to take the risks)... or open a new business.. forget luho first! lesson learned ko yan... instead yung kikitain ng 1M mo yun ang kuhain mo for your luho.. for example with 3 months let say kumita ng 300k ang 1M mo..kuhain mo 10% sa interest so technically 30k yun ang ubusin mo sa gusto mo para mamotivate ka pa lalo and kung gusto mo pa mas mataas na bilihin or lifestyle maginvest ka pa more or magsipag ka pa more... pero gusto ko din suggestion pa for ano gagawin niyo sa 1M..

If magkaka 1 million ako, I'll spent some on it sa education plan para sa tatlo kong mga kapatid para secure na pag aaral nila, save yung iba sa bank at yung iba i invest sa negosyo or even gamble sa stocks. hindi muna ko mangangarap ng house and lot or car kase 1 million palang yun
