IMO, before you invest your money into anything, the first question to ask is if you're insured or not. Make sure first na meron ka ng life/ health insurance before anything else. Madali ding mawawala yung mga investments na meron ka ngayon just in case na may emergency or kung ano man ang mangyari

for me ibabayad ko lahat sa nabili kong condo unit para fully paid na siya then mag iinvest naman ako sa house and lot maganda na yung full paid na yung previous mong binabayaran bago ka magsimula ng new investment. I would rather invest sa mga property kasi hindi bumababa ng value
