What I would do with P1 million

If that happens to me, I would keep an amount for my kids' future, invest in a business, give some to charity, and spend a little on leisure. =)

In my opininon, If it's your first million I'd suggest you keep it in a bank or in government bonds. Security blanket ba..

But kung meron ka na rin namang ipon..Invest! Use it to fund that business you've been dreaming of.

If I magically get 1 Million now, I'll use the PHP500k as a down for a condo unit na tinatayo sa Davao, then paparentahan ko.

Then yung  the other PHP500k I'll use to start up an artisanal chocolate brand with a from bean to bar production facility using Davao cacao.

^ Oo nga, 1M nowadays isnt really big, pwede 10M na lang, hehe.. When I was in college (1996-2000) I would imagine about having 1M in order to invest in land or a house, pero nowadays 1M cant really buy you much in regards to real estate. I think I would just add it to my savings and then buy a house or condo in a good area when I saved up more.

Yup, it's true. 1M isn't really a lot anymore nowadays. Pwede 100M nalang? LOL.

Pero siguro if I had 1M, I'd buy a residential lot with part of it. Pag nakapagsave na ng enough, magpapatayo ako ng apartments dun sa lot na nabili ko. Hehe.

Yung remaining money, I'll probably use some of it to expand my small online business. I'll put some in my savings account din. Tapos, I'll set aside a little for shopping for myself and my family. Hehe!

Now kung magkakaroon ako ng 100M, that's a completely different story. LOL!
