lately, im always with my biyenan who is 50 yrs older than me. i really like spending time with her (since my mom is not here) coz she always have interesting stories, experiences and a lot of advises to give. truly, old people are full of wisdom. i like old people and i hope when get old people around me will like me too. wrinkles, saggy breasts, falling hairs, poor memory, bad eyesight are scary but it happens to everyone thats why it doesnt scares me that much. what really scares me is that, as i grow old all the people around me, my family, relatives, friends, neighbors who eventually bcame my friends too, grows old too,and eventually dies. people who are close to your heart goes away, and will never come back... thats painful and scary.

What scares me the most about growing old is the chance of having alzheimers or suffering so much frm my arthritis that I can't do things for myself and must always have people doing everything for me, even when using the loo

What scares me the most is the mere thought that Im gonna lose the ones I love, My parents and my whole family.. Let's face it, as we grow old, they also grow old.. and in time.. They will be gone..

I'm not really concerned with my physical attributes coz that will definitely fade away.. But im a little scared though... hehe!!

not so much on the physical effects of growing old...it's more the fear of not having someone to grow old with...i want someone i can grow old with...someone to whom i can say "i wanna die lying in your arms".

im not really scared about growing old per se... but im scared about getting sick and being dependent on other people because of my age.

no one to take care of you......... pagpasa-pasahan ng mga anak!
not be able to save enough for retirement ergo-financially dependent on others.

greatest fear of growing old is the inevitable.. death...

another thing which i have read is the majority.. growing old alone.. i have watched my grandma withered when my grandpa passed away.. despite all the things we do to cheer her up there's still the emptiness within her faint smile... she missed him so bad.. and when she died i felt that emptiness too..

my bf is 17 yrs older than me.. very far gap i might say.. and thoughts of him leaving me haunts me almost every night and i'm so afraid of it that i can't sleep comfortably.. it's nothing i can't solve or help him with... it's just fate... im not very much concerned bout saggy breasts coz it only shows i have nurtured my kids.. and plump body which also had carried them.. and science can now slow the aging process.. but the matters of the heart is so hard to deal with..

[textspeak!] what would happen to my kids by then. I worry most about their future, how they would react to this world when they are on their own already. I hope hubby and I could still be around for them even though I'm already old enough to be taken care by them. $:-\$

Wrinkles and physical changes happens to everyone... I'm more scared of growing old lonely...and even more so of growing old full of regrets.

Im scared of growing old alone. but as my friends pointed out a couple of months ago, that we'l all still be together malling... ckika sa cafe... but when i'm home na who's gonna be there for me??? I'm separated and ofcors my children will have their own family. alangan naman maki singit pa ako dun... na sad tuloy ako...
