Last friday I inquired sa @SMARTCares thru tweet lang if qualified na ko for retention.. And they said yes...

Since my plan is under hubby's name... Kanina lang sya nakapunta..

Sa smart wireless center sa may Ayala nagpunta si hubby..
Di na ko wait 2 weeks...

I was in festival mall last friday, nadaanan lang namin yung smart, meron pala dun.. Inquired kung may 32gb gold 5s sila.. Ayun applied for a new line, after mga 1 and 30mins, went home a happy girl ang bilis! Saka ang ganda ng store nila dun, lagi ko kasi napupuntahan, panget hehe

Went to smart center, mas ok pala pag dun mag-iinquire/apply rather sa hotline.

^ so true sis., Naku ako just recently nag apply ako ng retention tru hotline, ayun 2 weeks na wala pa ding usad. My contract ended last feb 2, luge na nga ako so I cancelled my application. Sobrang irate na talaga ako sa hotline. I went to SM Aura and open na pala ang Smart dun. Since walang Silver and Gold edition, I have to wait pa na mag restock sila. If I only knew na magiging hassle ang hotline, I woulnt have wasted my time there sana dumiretso na lang ako sa Smart center.

just recently got approved for a php2000 unli data plan for note 3 locked into 30 mts contract with smart..

so happy dahil pre-approved ang company namin sa kanila.. i applied tuesday last week and was approved and got my unit last friday....

i was also able to confirm that when they say unlimited data, it's unlimited talaga... no extra charges.

^hindi gaya sa globe. may usage policy sila... dati akong smart. but pina-cut ko. wala lang... pero baka mag-apply ako again

^^unlimited ba talaga sis?we inquired before ang intindi ko na unlimited nga ang surfing, pero may data cap (i dont recall pero parang nasa 15g/month).

^oo may data cap 1.5gb/mth.. Though I consider myself a heavy user at probably na-exceed ok na yung capping nila, I still get 4G connection...

Pag gabi nagdodownload ako series, himala hindi ata ako lumalagpas?? Isang gabi usually eh mga 5 episodes.. Wow

^gabi-gabi ako nagda-download, lumalagpas ako pero hindi nawawala yung LTE kasi until end of March pa yung free LTE sa smart, AFAIK. kaya hinihintay ko mag-April para malaman ko kung mawawala na yun.

with regard to unli data naman, yes, yung data is unli bale ang mangyayari pag nawala na yung free LTE, pag na-reach mo na yung limit ng LTE plan mo na 1.5 per month, magiging 3G or H+ nalang siya. so may data ka pa rin, hindi nga lang LTE

^ sis pwedeng malaman san muh nalaman na free yung lte ng smart for march? hindi kasi ako na-inform nya eh kaka-approve ko lang kasi.. and tama, may point ka regarding the unli data...

CITIgirl_04, sis, naka-follow kasi ako sa Smart sa FB page nila. and also nababasa ko rin sa articles regarding their LTE. you can ask them directly about it, they won't proactively tell you that kasi unless you ask e. call them to verify, mabilis naman makapasok sa CS line nila compared sa Globe

^ sis thanks... ok naman para sakin yung cs ng smart kaso yung phone na binigay nila sakin is defective.. I know it's not their fault naman so I just asked for a Unit replacement.
