^hi sis. Wala namang nabanggit na time frame yung rep, sabi lang niya, may tatawag na lang and after nun ishiship na lang yung phone sa bahay. Kaninang umaga lang inapply, so far nakareceive na ko ng text just to confirm kung tutuloy yung retention.
Natanong ko lang kasi sa fb page ng smart, may mga customers (who wants to avail the same phone) tagal na daw silang naghahantay.. though may stocks pa naman daw sabi ni rep.. yun nga lang paubos na.

^ang alam ko sis online applications usually takes longer than when you go directly to a wireless center e.

Salamat na rin sa advice, try ko daanan sa wireless center. Habol ko kasi yung phone, pasok sa needs, sayang naman kasi.

Pinaprocess na yung application ko for retention, kailangan lang mabayaran mga unsettled bills ko plus [textspeak!] bayad sa handset na 2,500 ip5s. Kung ip5 lang free kasi., mas gusto ko na yung latest kasi matatagalan nanaman bago matapos ang contract ko. mabilis lang ba yun maaprove mga sis?

Hi again.. question regarding sa new phone line application, nakapagback read naman ako kaso, iba iba sagot.. How long does it take para ma-approve ang phone line application? sabi kasi ng kapatid ko 1month, due to the CIs, may nakita din akong ganun sagot, meron namang iba, na within the same day approved plus nakukuha na unit nila. first time phone line applicant- is there a chance na instantly approved

^sis, approval time depends on the CIs. yung nakukuha ang unit and approved same day, those are usually gumagamit ng credit cards nila as proof of identity, billing, and capacity to pay. that's what the rep told me din nung nag-apply ako. also, mabilis din ma-approve if may existing postpaid line ang isang applicant sa rival network nila. also, depending on the amount of the postpaid line you are applying for, they will have to call and verify din kasi the documents you passed (like COE, payslip, etc) from your office HR. so the timeframe of the approval will all depend on your desired line, and the documents you provide them to verify

^sis, my partner has 5s, akin naman note3, as far as signal is concerned, mas malakas makasagap ng signal ang note3 compared sa 5s niya pag nasa enclosed areas. pero dipende pa rin yan sa needs mo kasi. ako kasi i have both iphone and note. so far so-so lang sakin si iphone, siguro kasi mas gusto ko ang malaking display saka mas madaling mag-navigate dahil big screen siya

I have both din.. note2 and 4s nga lang...

Ako naman mas love ko si 4s... but hubby has 5s... parang wala rin ako masyado makitang difference..

Except for camera na mas maganda talaga ang sa 5s...

I called smart, di approve yung retention, 3 months pa kasi, dapat daw tapusin if magpapa-downgrade ng plan... papasa sana dun sa wipeout if ireretain yung dating plan pero last day nung Jan31.. hay, di pa umabot. by then ubos na yung phone na gusto ko, trying to get sony Z1 kasi... sana by then may iphone 6 na.. hehe.. liit kasi ng 5s.
