HELP!!!

I am trying to send SMS to my friend in New Zealand(NZ),in his NZ #. Hindi ako makapag-send. Nakakainis! I don't know why. I already tried it using two SMART sim.

I tried sending SMS using my sister's GLOBE sim and SUCCESS! My friend in NZ got the sms.

I tried calling SMART at ang payo ng agent, i-turn off ko daw phone ko for 20 mins then pag-turn on ko, ok na daw yun! Hindi naman gumana.

Anybody encountered the same problem?

Baka sa phone settings mo yun sis? The agents don't really give any help. Punta ka na lang mismo sa smart. Dun ka mag-complain hehe. Don't go unless okay na.

ok sana yun unlicall kaso ang bilis ng cut off. every 5 mins. kainis. di man lang gawing 10 mins!

i have a problem with international roaming.. i don't know if the problem is the settings on my phone or if it's Smart..  i can't seem to figure out what's wrong.. i have a samsung preston.. i have gone out of the country thrice since I've had this phone and the roaming has never worked ever! Dati naman, nung Nokia pa gamit ko, walang naging prob.. twice din ako nag-out of the country with the Nokia pero smooth yung roaming.. it was perfectly fine! what should my settings be?

btw, i only have a prepaid phone.

^ sis try calling smart CS but as far as I know if its prepaid you should be able to use roaming as long as you have sufficient credits.which country nga pala? do you get have service abroad? or totally wala? again best to call smart to check if roamings ok if it is then its the phone. Also sis if your abroad now, try to put your sim in another handset to check if service or phone ang may prob.


has anyone bought the pocket wifi? feedbacks? maganda ba signal?

mga sis, does anyone here knows if i would be able to retain my pre-paid number should i apply for a post paid plan?

hassle kasi if i changed my number since i'm using it on business.. sana pwede na iyon pa rin ang number

^ hinde sya possible kasi may series of number na allocated sa postpaid which is different sa prepaid.

gusto ko din nyan dati kaya nga lang di ako pinayagan iyon ang reason na binigay nila. so i still keep my prepaid num kahit nagpaline na ako. so far no prob naman ako sa services nila.love smart

pwede pa ba makuha yung free phone from your retention plan kung nakaka 2 cycles ka ng hindi kumukuha sa kanila ng retention?

my tita is a loyal smart user for more than 1o yrs and keeps forgetting about her retention plan. lately she just asked the rep from the wireless center kung may free phone sya, aba nung nicheck, dalawa na raw sana ang free nya na Nokia N8 pero dahil lumipas na yung isang cycle, isang phone na lang ang makukuha nya. right there and then she was given an n8 but we want sana to be able to get the 2nd one due to her also.

anyone who is successful with this?

^That might be hard since the free phone is really to keep the subscriber "locked in" for 2 years as another retention period.  Without the free phone, her subscription is line only, so she can discontinue her subscription anytime.

Ask na lang baka pwedeng may rebate sya from her previous 2 cycles without free phone.  It's unlikely but there's no harm in asking.

I know you didn't inquire about this but does your tita really need the phone?  Is she able to maximize her phone subscription?  If not, maybe she can downgrade her plan instead.

Bwiseeeeeeeettt. This is my second time to complain this month about service not delivered to me pero bawas ang load. I'm tired of calling, listening to their ads for 20 minutes then getting dropped by their CS when they hear I have a Blackberry Service Complaint! Bakit hindi napuputol while I listen to ads for 20 minuts when I talk to the CSR na and just as I say I have a complain on BIS, mawawala na. Bwiset.

I'm going to switch na talaga. Ipapasa load ko na lang siguro ito. Kaso pahirapan nanaman magpa-release ng Blackberry device sa kanila. Kainis talaga!!!

Tapos sasagutin ako ng csr na walang karapatan gumamit ng logic! Naka internet 27 times daw today imagine that meaning every 30 mins e ididisconnect ko tapos kokonek ulit. May ipad pa ako nyan na 3g na nakaplan at may wifi pa dito sa hotel o d ba ang adik ko sa sagot na yan ng smart.


Peste talaga d ba pwede isenate inquiry yan? Tutal mahilig naman sa papogi ng mga senador, ayan may pakinabang pa taumbayan.


D ko alam kung mangmang yun kausap ko na csr or hanggang dun lang training sa kanila. Bwisit talaga.
