^Meron sis.  Yun nga lang it would take forever before they can answer your call.  Like 10 minutes on hold before someone answers you.  During the conversation, the CSR will be placing you on hold for an average of 10minutes din.

Hehe, nag cost-cut yata ang Smart! Since 2002 pa yung postpaid ko sa kanila, their CS hotline used to be OK. I left PH for 1 year, and when I got back to restore my line (which I had temporarily disconnected), I called them - QUE HORROR! I waited for 39 minutes on queue! What a f***ing waste of time!

The first thing I said was "thirty-nine minutes ako naghintay!" and all she said was "ano po ba ang concern nila?" Deadma. I repeated, "thirty-nine minutes ako naghintay!" and she replied "pasensya na po, pakisabi na lang po ang concern nila para matulungan ko kaya maghintay". To make the long story short, ang concern ko ay hindi pwede i resolve over the phone - pumunta daw sa Wireless Center.

I never called the hotline again. Instead, I just go to the Wireless Center - it's better, you wait on queue for about 10 minutes, tapos they really resolve your issues, walang limitations.

Btw, if you call the hotline, may limitations yan, you can't, for example, bring up an issue for smart bro, smart gold & smart prepaid in 1 call - you have to make separate calls for every concern.

that was one concern i had, the service. that was why i switched postpaids to globe.

Bad trip walang connection ang BB ko and its for 2 days na.. Kainis ang Smart ha!  Imbyerna ako sa isang CSR nila I called bakit na charge ako ng 299 eh kakaload ko lang as in walang 1 minute sabi sa akin mag antay na lang ako.  Sabi ko will you not at least check it?  What kind of customer service is that?

kakaload ko lang ng 60 pesos regular pero hindi ako makatawag???..nagbalance inquiry ako meron namang 60 pesos dun? complete naman numbers na dinadial ko, ano ba nangyayari sa Smart??

hi girls, planning to switch kase sa smart.. madali ba tumawag dun sa unlitext and calls? i've read kase sa website na ang unlicall lang nila is 10pm-5pm, yung unlitex ba 24 hours or may oras lang din?

Gosh! Frustrated again with Smart.  Everytime my BB subscription expires, 10 peso is deducted from my load balance.  And now they're telling me that I was browsing / my APN was not set to blackberry.net or I have third party apps installed.  Ugh! It was never changed and was always set to blackberry.net.  Rip off big time!  Just think if they do this everyweek and there's what 52 weeks in a year! That means they will steal 520 pesos from me?!

Sorry for the rant.   Who experiences the same thing?

bakit ganun ang available na new sims ng smart, 0999- na..naghanap talaga ako ng hindi ganun na number. wala lang, i find it eerie eh, baligtarin ninyo magiging 666 na.
