wala yatang customer service ang smart...ni minsan wala akong nacontact. ive been using smart from 2002 to present wala akong makausap pag may problem..pero bihira lang naman ako magkaproblema sa smart. unlike in globe kasi laging ready ang customer service nila.

^Meron sis.  Yun nga lang it would take forever before they can answer your call.  Like 10 minutes on hold before someone answers you.  During the conversation, the CSR will be placing you on hold for an average of 10minutes din.

^Me too!  Super sulit sa min ni hubby ang Smart Bro postpaid.

However we have to move out of our house temporarily and so we got a prepaid.  Di yata nasusulit ang P300.00 load which is supposedly up to 900 minutes.  How's your experience with pre-paid sis?

@ Happy_pomelo: ^ Meron ako smart bro prepaid. Tried it once nung pumunta ako ng province mahina yung signal. Madalas pa na disconnect so feeling ko nasasayang yung load ko. Hindi niya kaya yung voice chat sa skype so puro chat na lang ginawa ko. Then when boyfie arrived here, pinaheram ko sa kanya lagi din siya nadisconnect. Sinubukan din niya yung skype para tumawag abroad, napuputol daw siya. Pero pag kami dalawa ng skype ok naman. Ang wierd. Pero I opted for unlimited call yung smartalk mas sulit sa amin.

@kutingpie: Sulit sa akin yung unlimited call ng smart kaso every 10 mins napuputol siya.  Yung unlimited call and text meron ata time for unlimited calls parang 10 pm to 5pm.

May promo ba yung smart na IDD calls? Php 2.50 . min instead of $0.40 cent/ min.

most of my friends are using smart. I"m globe. I'm planning on buying smart sim para tipid. ano bang smart promos ngayon? I found this smart link but i'm not sure if the promo is to be used within a day.  Di rin naman ganun ka sulit/tipid. Are there any other promos?

As for the smart card denominations...may P300 diba? how much yun nabibili.? Sa globe kasi, if you buy P300, you can get it for P275 only

HOw do you compute for the calls?
eg. first call : 5:50 = is this considered 6min or 5:50 talga?  then add up the rest of your calls for a total of 20min?

If its 5:50 then counted na as 6 minutes.   That means 14 minutes is left of your 20-minute free call.

paano to sis? ano itatype at saang number isesend? ang alam ko lang kasi yung 5-day unlimited texts. yung may 20-min call di ko alam

^Sorry sis I don't know how to register.   I just load it myself using my retailer sim.  I load by texting stx60 11-digit number and send to 6400.
