Sa mga Smart user na gumagamit ng phone nila as a modem, is it asking for a user name and password? Humihingi kase ng username and password sa akin. Im a Samsung user, not a 3g phone.

I've been a postpaid Globe user for 4 or 5 years. I'm pissed that they don't even have a retention plan. Tumawag ako a few months ago to inquire at sabi nila wala pa raw silang ganoong promo.

I'm switching to Smart in a few days. Planning to avail plan 800 with nokia 3120 classic.

sis, they have the globe rewards..after your contract if you have good credit standing you can avail of another phone and get another contract.sometimes they deliver the phone after you confirm just like what i did

^Really? I didn't know that. Is it just like Smart's retention plan? Funny that their customer service didn't inform me about it.

globe's retention plan is different from smart's.  they give it to customers with good credit standing - you have the option to upgrade your phone or get monthly rebates... in my case, i got the rebate.  globe will contact you if you are qualified.

smart naman, when you sign the retention program, you will get a new phone...

either way, may lock-in for the next 2 years.

Malapit ng mag-end 'yung contract ko sa Smart.  Gusto ko sana ipa-extend pero hindi ko kasi alam kung anong phones ang makukuha sa retention plans.  

Anybody here knows what phone is free on what plan?  TIA!
