does smart have a balance inquiry service like globe? sa globe kasi you just send a text to 2312 then you'll recieve a running total of your unbilled cellphone usage.

^ sis, they have their own SMART/SIM Manager that will be available in your phone once you use their SIM. Look for SMART manager, then you will get a list of options and clicking the Buddy Balance option once, would send you your balance report in a blink.

mga sis question lang ha. is it possible for someone who works sa smart na i-screen yung messages na narerecive natin? years ago kasi i spoke with this one engineer and he was making kwento na dun siya nagwowork sa department na yun. is it true?

^i dont think so. unless they are permitted by the owner to do so, and this apply for postpaid subscribers only.

From the start palang Smart user na ako... nagkaroon ng time na all my classmates, as in all, naka-Globe. Kaya napilitan akong mag-Globe. Pero for me mas tipid ang Globe. Kaya lang mas maganda ang roaming services ng Smart sa kinaroroonan ng dad ko. Kaya hanggang ngayon naka-Smart ako for my family.

I've been a Globe user ever since, but I just got a Smart buddy prepaid number yesterday as a backup for when Globe acts up.

I've been browsing through their website, but I can't find the section that tells us how to do things like register for unlimited texting, or balance inquiry, the basic stuff. Does anyone have a "cheat sheet" for these?

smart user ako for 4 yrs na rin.. dati even sa restroom or sa ilalim ng unan may signal ako, but now nasa labas na ko ng bahay wala pa ko signal.. tinawag ko na sa customer service nila pero wala pa rin...  ilang months na ko nag sa suffer ng ganto, naka line ako kaya di ko makapag palit ng Globe. nakakainis.... when i tried globe and TM sup retaas ng signal!
tapos never pa ko nakapasok sa unlimited service nila! sobrang kapal ng smart pa na mangain ng load, yung prepaid ko madalas nila kainan ng load, esp kahapon na sira service nila. naka all text ako tapos naka 30 pesos load pa.. nag expired yung all text na di pa dapat time to expire, naubos ang 30 load ko! GGRRRRRRRRRRRR

Smart Bro Plug-it is ok.... maganda signal niya even if im mobile basta maganda signal sa area connected pa rin ako. at first nag doubt ako with the service but when i tried it ok naman..

i actually have both globe and smart sim. sa bahay namin, mas malakas ang signal ng smart. has anyone tried the smart bro prepaid?

I am using the smart bro plug-it. So far Ok naman siya I haven,t encountered any problem un nga lang signal dependent talaga siya. If mahina ang signal mabagal din ang connection o kaya naman maddisconnect ka.

tinkx I used to have access to calling details (numbers of people you call) and for prepaid,  your balance and date of loading can be viewed.  However, I don't remember having access to actual messages
