sad naman.. but is it true that even if you register on their registration time, i mean, 9am-5pm and 11pm-6am you still can't get through? heard a lot about it. i'm not sure if it's true. any idea?

how much roaming maintaining balance ng smart? and how was it? wala naman bang laging problema? how bout sa signal? grabe kakagulo na ng utak kung anung network..parang wala na talagang maganda..

^My aunt is using Smart prepaid for roaming.  Wala naman problem cause I always get her reply on time.   I just do not know how much is the maintaining balance.

and also, [textspeak!] yung pinakamatagal registration ng roaming? like sa globe kasi 180 days lang & you have to register again..medyo hassle kasi minsan di mo naman namomonitor..kaya bigla ka na lang madedeactivated..tagal bago mag active, eh araw araw kami text & usap fiance ko..di pwedeng may downtime..

^i'm on smart roaming for almost 2 years and i can count my fingers how many times i have my sim loaded. walang maintaining balance. as in zero peso talaga. nagpapaload lang ako mga after 3 months na nag expire ang last load ko, and it's usually P115. 

i like smart for roaming. ang globe kase dapat may load talaga eh. like now, siguro 2 months na na zero ang load ko. hehe.. but that's for prepaid. and calls are barred. i have no idea kung naka plan ka.

ah, so for smart roaming, u won't be paying kpag ikaw ang tinawagan? kasi sa globe, once u recive a call, automatic magbabayad ka pa rin ng 60 pess kahit ikaw ang tinawagan, then 60 pesos naman pag outgoing.

regarding gprs naman, pwede bang gamitin ang smart prepaid sim for internet browsing sa laptop? gusto ko kasing i-try yung P10/30mins nila so i'm planning to buy a smart prepaid sim for this purpose.

As for my aunt kasi she has another line na based in the US.  SO she receives texts from the Philippines thru her Smart and she replies using the other phone.  Its cheaper that way.

thats what we do din with globe..but may charge naman when they call here using their network there..so useful pa din yung pwedeng tumawag gamit roaming kasi kami, may sign..like magmimiscall sya para tumawag ako dun kasi mas mura tumwag ngayon dito to u.s using PLDT budget card.. sorry medyo OT na.. bottomline is, not for us yung smart kung barred ang calls..

I think smart's already working with the roaming partners on how to go about the prepaid international voice roaming e... kasi sa postpaid available naman ang voice call... ang nagiging problem lang ata kasi kapag prepaid e bago ka maka-receive ng calls dapat may balance ka pa rin... so para mas ma manage ng subs ang load smart opted not to offer muna sa prepaid ang international voice call

and maybe limited pa lang din partner network nila abroad, thats why...kaya di ko din talaga gusto smart kahit local use..

hindi rin naman consistent yan eh...ilang beses nagaway friends ko dyan coz  she's tracking her bf..mali yung location... and yung iba din ganun..mali..i mean, depende sa signal..kung ano unang mahagap ng network nila..but kung yung location nung ittrack mo eh walang mismong coverage..kung saan meron na malapit, yun ang mdedetect nya...so useless..

Yeah, I myself can't figure out how can I be located as to what building I'm in and as to what exact street is it located.  Nonetheless it won't tell that I'm in Baguio when I'm actually in Manila.
