Best Brand for TV?

Somebody will move out of the country and selling me a JVC 32" Flat Screen TV for 6,+++. I don't have an idea about the price of TVs in Pinas. Good deal na ba ito?

We bought LG 42 inches yesterday sa Abensons, nakasale eh from 74K+ naging 39K na lang.. Tapos 12 mos 0% interest pa pag BPI credit card! Full HD and 2megapixels na.. Sa wakas nakabili din kami.. we scouted Ansons, Automatic Center, SM Appliances etc...
Dalawa binili namen para sa dad ko [textspeak!] isa..
Excited na ako deliver sa bahay this weekend! Wheew!

We have Samsung and Sony, pareho namang okay. But personally I prefer Samsung kasi more choices yung screen resolution. Yung dad ko naman mas gusto niya Sony.

okay lang yan sis, Samsung din ang maker ng screen ng Sony..even LCD monitors halos lahat Samsung

sirain ang samsung, and when i called for check up and repair,they charged me 1300,binuksan lang likod for 10 minutes in total tapos may lumuwag daw sa cable,the problem was the tv,coz when sky cable checked on their wires,ok naman…my tv is samsung lcd hd series, i will stick to sony next time

same experience with samsung (pero di tv pinagawa namin).

for me LG, great value (affordable) and great customer service

naku yung LG... 3 months ko pa lang nabibili yung TV ko, heto, 3 weeks ng sira, sabi lagi ni LG, kinukuha pa yung parts sa Pasig... pede ko kayang i request na new unit na lang ibigay sa akin, parang naging second hand tuloy itong binili ko

hay nku ayaw na namin sa LG We brought our lcd tv sa lg pasig center, pnaghintay kmi ng almost 1 1/2 hr then after sabi sira daw yung power supply tpos contakin nlng dw kmi for the price of power supply, yung check up fee daw 655, labor 810.. dpa dw alam kung magkano yung power supply tska check p dw nla stock  nla kc imported daw yung tv pro my tinry nman n power supply pwede nman dw, hay ewan.. i called to them after 2days kc prang gusto nlng ng father ko bili ng bago kung mahal dw yung power supply so tnong ko dw kung magkano talaga, nsa abroad kc father ko kya pnapamadali kmi kc mlapit n sya umwi pra mkabili n sya agad. Nung 2mawag ako wala dw yung technician, nxt day nlng dw tpos nxt day nung tumawag ako main board dw pla ang sira at dpa alam yung price, contakin nlng dw kmi pag available n at pag wala daw makunan balik nlng dw yung tv, hay cgro bili nlng kmi, sayang lang punta nmin dun. Yabang pa dun, maga2ling dw technician nla, huuh  Panasonic na plan nmin bilin, mtibay kc yung dati nming panasonic na tv bka mganda rin quality nla sa lcd.

naku sis, nung bumili ako ng new TV last April, dinedma ko talaga ang LG as in di na sila makakaulit sa akin haha...

Yung  tatlong officemates ko nagbilihan sila ng COBY 32 in flat TVs nun Dec. Sa SM appliance center. Nakigaya yung dalawa, P14k sabi ko ng-aalagngan ako kasi parang di naman kilala yung brand. Baka mabwiset lang ako in the long-run. lol

Para sa akin iba pa din ang SONY and SHARP. Yung TV na binili ng Nanay ko nuon (Sharp) years ago buhay pa. Siguro more than 15 years na yun. Mga twice pa lang nya napagawa. hehe

I'm also looking at getting a flat TV soon. Pero ipon pa ako for the 42in. Saka antay ako ng mas bago ang features.

Maka Samsung ako. We have a Sony 42" LCD and a 55" Samsung LCD tv and I must say, mas maganda yun resolution nung Samsung talaga.

Even my father in law na maka Sony said maganda nga raw yun resolution ng Samsung TV namin.

Try visiting Sights and Sounds in Shangri-la. They are usually cheaper than Abenson's/SM Appliance. Bought an LG 42" Plasma 3d TV from them. 2 years warranty.

Plasma is very good for movies/tv. Picture quality is very natural. It needs proper care as to not leave it with still pictures. For the regular user, LCD is good enough.

For now, I am only looking for a mountable LCD tv around 14-16 inches with rotating bracket, maliit lang talaga need ko. I will place it in the gym area of our bedroom so I can watch work out videos while exercising. Okay lang sa akin kahit mga Changchong, Gangzlar, but I am looking at Devant, Sharp, or LG kaso parang wala ata silang LCD tv na maliit?

okay kaya mga sis yung panasonic? and okay lang kaya bumili through ebay? i'm eyeing Sony and Panasonic dun, kaso ano ba dapat iconsider? pano yung internet tv/LAN connectivity, magagamit ko ba talaga yun? sorry mga sis sa noob questions. TIA!

We're on the hunt for LED tv...We used to have 2 samsung LCD kaya lang nasira yung 40" namin exactly 2 years, but the 32" ok pa naman mas nauna pa namin nabili yung 32"... now we're thinking kung mag Samsung pa rin or try Sony naman..sa design kasi iba talaga Samsung eh..ehe, im more on design than those image chuchu..i think parepareo lang sila kasi. Pero we saw prices of Sony, in fairness bumaba na sila ng price. Dati parang napakaWOW ng price nila for a TV.

Just bought a Sony Bravia 32" LED TV sa megamall for 23,999. Sabi ng officemate ko mura na daw yun considering LED TV siya at Sony pa ang brand.. ganun din tingin namin ni hubby..

sis any feedback hyundai 40"LED TV, nakita ko sa sm kahapon, im planning to buy kase...ang mura nya HYUNDAI LED 40"TV 28K, if cash kase 3k plus madidiscount..
matibay kaya hyundai???ayoko naman yung mga sony samsung namamahalan ako

^ don't know much about hyundai tv, but if lcd or plasma is an option for you, for your budget of 28k  i suggest you stick to known branded one like samsung and sony they have models at around that price range. One thing you should consider is after sales service, you don't want to invest to a 28k items and have it break down then have more headache with poor support service.
