Hi ladies!

Can you help me out? From Paris punta kami sa Amsterdam then Prague. May train ba na pede masakyan from Paris to Amsterdam and then Amsterdam to Prague?

Meron din bang train card we can use in Italy na pede ikot( milan, verona, venice, florence and rome)

^Paris to Amsterdam definitely by train. not sure about Amsterdam to Prague.

For Italy, you can search Trenitalia to hop in from one city to the other.

Hello, just posting trip feedback. Due to a lot of brouhaha, planned trip did not pushed thru.
Sobrang last minute trip to, booked my ticket and accommodations the day of my flight (and my bus transfer from Prague to Budapest during the layover!)

Airline: China Air, layover is in Taipei

Route: MNL-TPE-VIE-TPE-MNL

Day 1: 7AM Arrival in Vienna
Day 2: Day trip: Bratislava, Slovakia
Day 3: Market trip in Vienna, train to Prague
Day 4: Prague free walking tour; Castle Walking Tour
Day 5: Church of Bones; overnight bus to Budapest
Day 6: Budapest, free walking tour
Day 7: Budapest, afternoon bus to Vienna
Day 8: Flight to MNL

Enjoyed Prague and Budapest best, wished I stayed longer and shortened my days in Vienna.
Enjoyed Schonbrunn Palace, but feeling ko quota na ako sa buildings (magkakamukha na lang for me ang Vienna and Paris buildings).

Try not to use luggages when travelling to Prague. Kabadong kabado ako na matatanggal yung gulong ng luggage ko due to the cobbled stones.

For Paris to Amsterdam: Thalys
Did the Amsterdam to Paris, I'm sure meron din sila Paris to Amsterdam.

For Amsterdam to Prage: City Night Line (Read this in Prague thread from mamasqueak), not sure if they are still in service though.

Any experience sa Ouibus?

Going to Geneva 3rd week of October for 1 entire week for a study trip. Friday technically wala nang gagawin so I plan to split from the group for the weekend and go to Annecy for 2 nights (1d2n). Morning of Sunday I plan to travel back to Torino and the only option is the Ouibus which leaves in the morning and has a stopover of 1h20m at Lyon. Was wondering if this is okay.

The other option I found by "segmenting" the booking was:
1) Annecy to Chambery via TER
2) Chambery to Turin via TGV (with 1 stop)
The time between the two trips is about 2 hours. But this option doesn't appear on GoEuro, not sure why.

Question: How punctual are trains in France? Or is the trip too risky considering walang direct between Annecy and Turin?

Thoughts?

I super agree with this! It takes a lot of research and planning pero sulit na sulit kasi malaking tipid plus you get to see what YOU want to see rather than yung preset itinerary ng mga tour groups.

I fell in love with Europe talaga. Now planning to go back next Spring for Budapest, Prague, Salzburg, Munich and Bern/Interlaken. I've got bit by the travel bug!

^^ I booked directly to the railway's official website per county that I visited and use my cc. It's very easy. I did not get raileurope.com because when I computed all the fares to all my destinations, it came out na mas mura yun fare expenses by getting the day/weekly ticket only.

thanks ladies. i was looking at traineurope or traileurope, forgot the name already and belgium-germany was already 70 euros one way. i'm wondering if it's possible to just book these tickets on the spot. what do you guys think?

^ Do a mock booking for its price the following day, then if its 70 euros then better to buy it on the spot. If budget is not a concern, it's possible to buy on the spot but expect prices are way expensive compared if you book it 3-4 months in advance.

As per what I've read before sa tripadvisor parang unrealiable si raileurope. First europe trip ko is sa France, Belgium, Netherlands direct booking kami sa thalys. Nag Italy naman ako 2nd europe trip ko pero nagfocus lang kami sa rome. Nung nag germany, austria and prague naman kami ni jowa nagbook ako directly sa Deutsche Bahn from munich to innsbruck, innsbruck to vienna, nag flixbus naman kami from vienna to prague kasi mas mura then prague back to munich via Česk? dr?hy.

Always book directly sa kanila.

I have been in europe couple of times, I never book raileurope. You can book directly with Thalys, SBS (Switzerland), OEBB (Austria to Prague), you can download their app para makapagbook ka directly.
