Yup.  Its uber hard iyong mga firsts.  However, its not going to help us to remain depressed by things.

Once you are able to accept that she is in a better place ay she will make herself felt more to you to make you happy.  As it is she remains worried that you are so how you are now.  Hindi iyan healthy for you and the baby you have. 

Try to be strong.  You do have people who are with you that will also be sad if you remain sad.

Minsan kailangan mo ng mag move on kasi parang lahat nakapag move on na. Pero may araw talaga na bibigay ka din, lalo na kung pagmulat palang ng mata mo parang may hinahanap ka na.
Iniwasan ko ng masyadong malungkot kasi ayokong maapektuhan ang new baby. Oo nga pala, the night I found out that I am pregnant, I had a dream about my daughter. She's dancing and so happy that finally I am pregnant again. Kaya kahit may pain pa rin akong nararamdaman, dito ko naisip na hindi pala dapat nakafocus na lang sa pain. Dapat maappreciate ko kung ano ang meron ako ngayon. Dapat mag focus ako sa meron ako ngayon at hindi don sa nawala sa akin.

Dahil sa nangyaring ito sa buhay namin, madami akong natutunan. Namulat ako sa realidad ng buhay.

Naiyak ako sis while reading this i know its been months i hope your feeling a little bit better na, somehow. I have a 3 year old nephew, just thinking about it makes me feel very sad. I pray for your family and your little girl, i know she's in god's hands na. Be strong sis.
