Hi mga sis! I've only been to Hong Kong, Macau, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. Hubby has a company-sponsored trip for training in Scotland, UK. He'll process pa lang his UK visa this month. Plano ko sana visit siya on August and then one weekend, mag-side trip kami to Paris. Dapat ba sa Pinas namin process yung Schengen visa? Saka need ko na ba mapurchase ng tickets at hotel naming na pag-stay-an sa Paris?

^Sis, are you a resident outside Philippines?  If yes, you can apply for visa at the french embassy at your place.  Filipino tourists residing outside PH is not applicable to apply visa.  Only residents.

Based on your case, both your UK and schengen visa (magkaiba sila) must be applied in PH.  Walang visa, walang entry to these countries.
