Boy dog peeing in the house daily

I have 3 dogs (2 M and 1F). One of the males has peed in the house occasionally since we rescued him a few years back. We were actually warned about this from his foster. This past year, after we adopted the girl puppy, he is peeing in the house almost daily. They have a doggy door to go outside whenever they want and he?s outside all the time but he still pees in the house. Typically it?s in the same spots. We?ve used belly bands to try and keep it from happening but then he POOPS when he?s not able to pee in the house. We have tried giving treats when he goes outside too. He?s in good health and he?s not a puppy. Please, any advice on this? We?re starting to lose our minds with cleaning pee off the tile everyday!
