Advice on Starting a Wedding Venue?

I'm not sure if this belongs here but I'm looking into starting a wedding venue business.

Other than looking at the property and choosing a place, I was wondering if anyone has any advice for me? I haven't gone into the googling process yet as this is a long-term plan, and I'm in the very, very infant stage of planning.

Advice on what legal paper works to look for, cost of starting one (outside of the property itself), tax paper to look for, etc.

Anything to start looking at would even be beneficial!
