GCASH to BPI cash in UNAVAILABLE SINCE JANUARY 2020

Is it just me but I've been unable to cash in from BPI to GCASH. Now that there's ECQ, I'm having difficulty going out to pay bills. I usually just utilize the cash in option in GCash. But now it's unavailable. OR I need to contact BPI hotline first. What is happening???!!!! Who's having the same problem?

Hi, I had similar issues a few weeks ago pero I tried today and okay naman. Was able to cash in from BPI to GCash without issues
