For me based sa audio recording parang plinano na ni falcis yung pag rerecord nya knowing na "no mam lang at mam yung response nya. Kung ako naman siguru ninakawan nang milyon baka [textspeak!] din masabi ko sa kanya especially Kris treated him well to the point na family na turing sa kanya syempre na hurt lang din si Kris.

Kung ako kay falcis ibalik nalang nya ang ninakaw nya at harapin ang kaso huwag pro controversy ni Kris at secrets yung nilalabas nya sign na bakla talaga sya makipaglaban

it does not matter kung plinano nila nicko na irecord o hindi ang convo, the point of the matter is they have proven that kris threatened to have him killed. Is it just bugso ng damdamin?
1. kris sent them a text message containing nicko's flight info. meaning pinatrace talaga niya. pinakita talaga niya how powerful her family is.
2. this is not the 1st time na may nagclaim na ipapatay siya ng pamilya aquino. ang nasa public lang ay si joey marquez, james yap at nicko falcis.
3. kris claims all the time na she doesn't lie, but here we have a great example of her lie. she said she's not capable of threatening anyone, and even filed a libel case against nicko's brother who was the first one to disclose.

so, yes, kris aquino is very capable of lying, and nicko is unmasking her. if you are against someone as rich and influential as kris aquino, you better smarten up, and buti na lang matalino si nicko. at saka sa line of work ni nicko, it's not impossible na pwede niyang irecord mga phone conversations niya para mareview later.

Nicko just wants to clear his name and away from kris. kris started the character assasination (parehong tactic niya sa previous relationships gone sour), she just did not expect na ang result ay hindi pareho before na ang simpatiya ng maraming tao ay sa kanya. 

hindi ko rin alam bakit hindi direktang nakapangalan sa kanya ang shares. i hope someone here maka-explain.

I agree na hindi mahalaga kung sinadya ni Nicko na i record yung usapan nila ni Kris.

Smart move nga ang i record ang conversation nila, paano kung hindi niya na irecord yun, eh di maniniwala na ang mga tao sa claim ni Kris na "I am not capable of threatening someone".

Now na may audio record, eh di napilitan si Kris umamin na siya nga yung nag babanta. Samantalang todo deny siya nung una, nung hindi pa lumalabas ang record.

Matalino talaga si Nicko, mukhang na predict na niya na babaligtarin siya ni Kris in the end kaya he gathered enough evidences.

Mahirap talagang kalaban yung isang tao na kilalang kilala pagkatao mo. Maraming bala na pwedeng ibalik sayo.

In fairness to Kris, P40 million is still P40 million if ever totoo nga that Nicko stole it. Masakit sa dibdib na ninakawan ka ng pinagkakatiwalaan mong tao. May pumapatay nga sa P100k lang eh, milyon pa kaya. I heard ininvest naman daw sa Indonesia pero hearsay lang and I have not read any solid proof.

whether confirmed or not na ninakaw ni nicko yung 40M, as an investor di ba dapat hindi mo basta basta pinagkakatiwala kahit kanino yung pera mo.... mapa- relatives yan or close friend.  di ba dapat ikaw mismo pinag-aaralan mo kung saan dapat iniinvest yung pera.  take for example yung mga nag-iinvest sa stocks... may mga broker sila na nanagma-manage ng fund nila.... pero hindi nila basta hahayaan na walang proof na na-invest nga sya sa stocks.... documented lahat yun syempre.  40M is 40M...  unless barya lang kay kris kaya hindi sya accounted for.  kung ganyan pala sya  aba madali talaga sya nanakawan.  ako nga barya-barya lang investments pero regular ako nagmomonitor kung kumikita ba or nalulugi.

Di ko alam kelan to. Basta binigyan ni Kris si Nicko ng 40M to invest. Wala daw kontrata kasi she trusted him daw. - WHY???

June/July - lots of travel for work. Kris told Nicko daw to close all deals because every peso for her is a peso that ABS doesn't get, or something like that. Then Kris had a health scare sa Indonesia, tapos ni blame niya kay Nicko yung allergies niya. Natakot si Nicko and wanted out.

September - Kris started posting sa socmed na may nag embezzle ng tens of millions na galing sa trust fund ng kids niya.

September 28 - Kris threatened Nicko. Yun audio na nadinig natin.

October - Thai Potato Corner confirmed na yes, the 40M was invested, and si Kris ang may ari  and trustee lang si Nicko. So October pa lang alam na niya.

November - Kris sued Nicko for 1.2M. Question ng marami bakit 1.2M lang? Di ba sabi niya tens of millions and na compromise ang trust fund ng mga anak niya? Kris went on soc med nagtatago daw si Nicko, umuwi ka dito, harapin mo ang kaso mo, etc.

January - Kris' lawyers confirmed na nung October pa lang alam na ni Kris na sha ang may ari at trustee lang si Nicko, from the Inq article na nagsabi na it's for Kris' privacy.

   - the audio proving si Kris ang hindi nagpapauwi kay Nicko at tine threaten na ipapapatay ng pamilya niya si Nicko if he dared step into the country came out.

  - Kris admitted na sha ang nasa recording, and claimed she was just bluffing and iniinis lang niya si Nicko kaya tinhreaten niya na ipapapatay. (Even if totoo to, OMG)

 - Kris is still looking for the 40M investment.

Now Kris is saying financial report etc kelangan niya, which she can easily request from the company kasi sha naman may ari ng investment na October pa lang alam na niya na under her name. But why doesnt she? Some think it's because it doesn't fit her narrative.

Agree na sa court hinde acceptable yung recording as an evidence. But with KA involved, who cares about the court that's so boring! Lol KA is into public trial, diba lagi nya sinisira reputasyon ng mga nkaaway nya kahet p nga nkasampa na sa korte, hinde pa din nya mapigilan sarili nya magsalita..
