i do NOTHING. I switch off my phone, turn on some trashy TV, eat chips or junk food and just sit on my couch until i feel better (or time to sleep).

Nafeel ko to after ko manganak di ko na matandaan paano ako naging ok. Basta ang alam ko lang

-smile and hug of my LO
-shopping madalas online shopping lalo na ng winter.
-nababasa ng magazine lalo na home decoration
-coffee with friends
-umaattend ng parents or mommy's night out dito dami ko rin namemeet na ibang couples or moms like me.
-nagmamall ako mag isa minsan may nabibili ako minsan wala
-date with hubby
-naglalaro sa game arena
-tambay sa gt
-magbabad sa bath tub tapos may scented candles narerelax ako dito.
-makinig ng music

Sometimes I feel bad kasi parang wala naman ako dapat pang hilingin ok naman ang life ko or married life pero minsan talaga di maiwasan mapagod ka sa (di pagod na nagsasawa ha) responsibilities mo bilang ina at asawa. Kaya importante sa akin na may me time kahit minsan. Kaya di ko alam kung papayag ako sundan pa si LO kahit na gusto na ni Hubby parang di ko pa kaya.

Quiet time - sometimes just read a book, drink coffee, physically disconnect, social media detox, or go to my happy place (my garden!)

I also attend The Feast regularly and it has helped me during the trying times :)

Walk in the park kung summer. Breathing exercises pag anxious. Sip turmeric tea.

nagmumukmok lang sa kwarto. naiyak. pag gusto ko umalis napunta lang ako sa mall, bumibili ako ng gusto ko kasi feeling ko dun ako nagiging ok. nagkakape mag isa. minsan hindi ko kailangan ng kausap nagiging ok ako mag isa.

Ngayon stress ako nilalaro ko si LO yakap lang at tawa nya parang ok na ako. Sabayan pa ng mahigpit at unlimited kiss ni hubby. Madami bagay pa rin na dapat ko ipagpasalamat kesa sa bagay na dapat kong ikalungkot ganito talaga ang buhay di perpekto.

PRAY.

Then I talk to my boyfriend or my best friend. I'm very blessed to be surrounded with supportive and kind-hearted people kaya when I'm stressed out, I also request my churchmates to pray for me because I know how powerful God is.

Then kumain. Alone. Maglakad lakad, kahit sa mall lang. i let my feet wander.

Tas pag yung todo na talaga na super burnout na, i go to the beach. Alone din usually or pag pwede, kasama ko bf ko. Ultimate relaxatin for me.
