Thread 3 na tayo yaaaay!! :D

Hello weightloss diary and sissies! It's been a while! :) i just kind of lost some faith in keto diet (separate story later) so i stopped it immediately after 3days. Keto diet is not for me. Maybe i can do it in a staggered manner but not for a long period of time.. Magweight-update muna ako. Naglose naman pala ako kahit papano! :) konting kembot na lang makuha ko na ulit ang target weight ko na 49ish. :) i just maintained what i was doing before. Less carb. Less solid. Then 1pm dapat start na ako ng fasting. No exercise to nga sis. Tinamad na ako agad nun mag-keto ako. Haha! Nanghina kasi ako sa keto hehe. :D

October 3, 2017 - 49.1 kg
February 8, 2018 - 52.0kg
February 19, 2018 - 51.1kg
February 28, 2018- 50.1 kg

Nakakainggit ang weight mo sis.....Ni minsan sa buhay ko hindi ata ako bumaba ng 54 kg. 

I look good at 132 lbs.  Kasi nasa binti lahat ng timbang saka sa boobs.  Before I got married, I was already 36C.  Ngayon, I use 40D after breastfeeding for three years and 3 months.   

January 8, I was 80kg (OMG!) as per annual physical exam.  Lbs naman ang binibilang ko para mas madali bantayan.

February 5, I was 169.6 lbs
February 6, I was 168.8 lbs
February 14, I was 164.8 lbs
February 17, I was 163.2
February 18, I was 162.2
February 21, biglang 162.8 - dito nataranta ako bigla!
February 23, I was back to 162.4
February 24, I was exactly 162.0
February 25, 161.8 lbs
February 26, 162.4 lbs - eto na naman kami.....nakakastress kasi nga feeling ko deprived na ako tapos may gain pa
February 27, 161.8 lbs
Today, Feb 28, 160.8 lbs

Conscious na conscious tuloy ako sa calorie intake ko.

Hindi naman ako pwede sa Keto kasi I am not really a cholesterol eater.  Kumakain lang ako ng taba sa Bacon, Adobo, toasted Porkchop saka sa Bagnet.  Apart from that, wala!  Hindi talaga ako kumakain ng taba.  Saka baka hindi ako mabuhay ng isang araw ng walang rice.

Hello sis engr_neechee! Thanks for sharing your weight update! Uy in fairness ha.. In less than one month e 4kg na ag nalose mo! Congrats! Anghirap gawin nyan sis lalo na pag ang starting sa mataas na weight.. So give yourself a pat on the back ! :)

About keto, indi sya totally fats. May list yan ng foods na pwede at di pede. Ako naman puro nuts ,gulay, eggs, chicken, yan yun mga kinain ko. Kaya nagkahypoglycemia ako days ago.. Very scary nga sis yun nangyari sakin kasi i had a temporary loss of vision for a few seconds due to very low blood sugar Grabe! Scary talaga!
Kaya ngayon balance diet na lang talaga. More gulay, more protein then less carb. Like 3 small sabas sa umaga plus raw tomatoes at 2eggs. Then sa lunch gulay at chicken ulet then boiled corn or pop corn..
After nun. Fasting na ako.
Ang kakatuwa nun, yun plain coffee talaga big help sakin to feel satiated. :)

Nun saturday nag-cheat day ako. I gave in to my cravings. I ate lots of combi biscuits, then rice, tapos nag-popsicle ako, 2pcs pa haha!  Pero after 4pm fasting na ulit ako. I had to talk to myself "tama na! Stop na! Baka bukas di ka pa rin makabounce back until monday! Yari ka!" Ayun buti naman nakinig ang inner self ko at nagkasya na lang ako sa plain coffee hehe :D

^5.2.2 ako sis. May butal talaga hehe. Kaya minsan napagkakamalan 5'3 hehe. Ikaw ba sis! Karamihan dito sa weightloss diary 5flat or below. Kaya ang target talaga pag ganung height ay 48kg pababa. kaya makakaencounter ka ng nagpopost dito na 49ish pero umiiyak... It's because of their height. Pag below 5ft medyo mataba na tignan ang 49kg :)

Kaya mo din pumayat at makaabot ng 50kg or below. Kaya mo yan. Focus at tyaga lang. :)
Pag may tukso, isipin mo na lang, anglaki pa ng need mo ibawas. But dont forget to take break (cheatday) once a week. :)

Im 5'4 60kls .. target ko is 50.
Pano niyo na lose yan girls? Pure diet lang ba?

hindi ko talaga mahanp yung diet na magwowork saken kasi ang hirap mag prepare huhu nakakaiyak 2years nakong ganto. Kelangan ko na ng change this year  >:(

Kung 10kg yung need mo ilose e kelangan mo din ng workout.. Naku mahabang kwento pano nalose yun fats. Basta matinding sakripisyo. Mahabang proseso. Indi basta-basta..you may also check the old threads..but mainly, nagfasting, nagworkout, tumambling.. :D .. umiwas sa bad carbs. Like pandesal na pinakapaborito ko sa laahat! Mag-1month na akong di kumakain ng bread.. :(
Bumili nga ako ng choco bread for my kids. Inggit ako. Sabi ko dapat kainin nila. Ako nga kako indi makakain kasi nagdadiet ako. Maswerte sila wala pang bawal haha!
Di bale sa sat magcheat day ako. Bumili ako browd rice then magbinge eat ako hehe. Yaaarrr!! :D

Joining! Sana ma motivate ako magtuloy tuloy. Kaya ayoko mag timbang lumalakas loob ko mag cheat at kumain ng kung [textspeak!] ano eh. Haha!

January 3 - 91kg
Started on keto diet. Not strict though kasi pag no choice ako, the least I can do is order the closest that I can have for keto.
January 25 - 82kg
Eto na, nawala na ako sa momentum masyado ako na excite. 😂
February 28 - 79kg
Sumige sige na naman kasi ako sa sweets eh. Promise this March pag butihin ko ulit. Lightest weight that I've ever been was 65kg. I'm 5'6 and big boned. 65kg is still overweight for that height. Pero pag ma reach ko yung 70kg at the end of this month, feeling ko, balik college days peg ko 10 years ago. 😂🙏🏻

Early last year I started to run again. From 90kg, I only lost 5kg in a span of 2 months. Kaya di ko ma contain joy ko when I drastically lost around 10kg in just a month. Hindi pa strict keto yun, may cheat days pa. And I don't work out up to now cos I have chronic achilles tendinitis which I got from running, after I lose all the weight that I wnat to, I am planning to do swimming and a bit of yoga for a change. Ayoko na ng strenous activities kasi mukhang di ko naman talaga need. 😁

Sis congrats! Ang laki ng nabawas sayo :)  Sana kaya ko rin yan pero hindi kasi para sa akin ang keto.

Walang nabawas sa akin today kasi twice ako nagrice kahapon :(

^^ congrats sis brandi. Anglaki pala ng starting weight mo! Grabe di ko maimagine ang 90kg ha. 80kg i can imagine kasi naging ganyan ako nun mabuntis sa panganay ko. Para kong hinipan na lobo hehe.

Anyways, kung may injuries ka na nga sa achilles mo, risky talaga sayo magrunning..try mo stationary bike sis. :)
Pedal-pedal pag may time.. :)

^bantay-sarado pala ang weight mo sis. Good for you! :) ako after 10days na siguro magweigh in ulit. :)

^^try ko lang siya. Hindi ko din siya feel nung una kasi I thought mga pork na fatty etc ang food choices. Hindi ako mahilig sa pork mga lechin ganyan to begin with. So ang gawa ko fried fish fried pork, veggies na guisado. No rice no sugar. Kung gusto ko matamis, may sugar substitue naman pero not all sugar substitutes are ok to use. Since mahilig ako sa cheese, y7n ginagawa ko dessert or pag crave ako ng matamis cream cheese lagyan ko ng stevia. No strachy veggies, pasta din. If i like bread or pancake, buy lang ako almond flour di aman expensive. Kaya hindi din ako mahal sa diet na yan.

Conscious ako sa metabolic parameters k9. With8n normal range naman lahat. Ayoko tumaas yan kaya hindi talaga ako ma pork. 😂

^nag try ako niyan sis kaso naiinip ako haha. 😂

hi sisses! 127 lbs ako nung tinigil ko keto. after 1 month nagtimbang ako and 129 ako. at 5'8. not bad, thanks to IF. tsaka namiss ko kasi pandesal hehe. balak ko magstart ng keto ulit bukas. and try ko maggawa ng keto pandesal, yun pandesal kasi talaga sa kanto ang nag papabusog sakin eh. Parang I have the determination ulit. heheh. tingin niyo sis mag keto ulit ako? hehe. balak ko. 125. kaso mukha na daw ako naka drugs nun. hehe

sis engr_neechee, dapat hindi ka malungkot sis dapat nga proud ka pa sa sarili mo kasi you lost 10 pounds. laki na nun ha. dont be too hard on yourself. dapat talaga may cheat day kundi maloloka tayo haha. ako nga proud sayo eh. tuloy tuloy lang. :)

Cheat day naman ngayon eh. Keri naman maghalo-halo..hehe. Pero tamad ako mag-mall. Maglalaba pa ako eh hehe... :)

Yesterday, i had my cheat day.. Kinain ko yung mga bad carbs na pinanggigigilan kong kainin tulad ng lucky me pancit canton saka combi biscuits. Then rice. Pero brown rice ang kinain ko para lesser evil hehe..

Share ko lang to. Nagbasa ako kahapon about cheats.. So kahapon, binging cheat pala yung ginawa ko. i stopped eating @12noon though..Fasting na ulit ako hehe.
Other dieters fast for the whole day on the next day. Pero ako, right after the cheat para di sobrang guilty. :)

Type of cheats

Normal Cheat: Eating to satisfaction. Not stuffed. Not hungry.

Stuffed Cheat: Belt loosening. Shouldn?t eat anymore. Not really discomforting though. Almost euphoric feeling. No regrets.

Binging Cheat: Eating even though you are full. Mild discomfort. Regrettable. ?I shouldn?t have ate that last slice of pizza.?

Gorging Cheat: When binging goes wild. Being sick to the stomach. Self loathing to follow. ?I want to throw up to relieve the pressure in my stomach.?

Hi mga sis, dati hanggang reading lang ako. Ngayon gusto ko sumali sa weigtloss stories nyo para mainspire ako. Kulang ako ngayon sa motivation. Nag1yr old na 3rd baby ko pero ang weight ko ngayon is timbang ko pa after manganak. Im 79.8kg at 5'6 in height. I'll be happy if abot ako ng mga 60+kg na weight. I lost weight nman after dieting nung maliit pa si bby. I went down to 68kg [textspeak!] nawalan ako ng yaya for 3months. Akin lhat trabaho sa bahay plus the new bby. Pero ngayon almost 80kg nako. I gained it in 1 year. Sa ofis kasi lagi unlirice kami kung kumain. Nagppalpitate nko minsan kaya need ko na maglose weight.

Nice very informative!  :D Binge eater nga talaga tayo at times haha! Though ako pag nag cheat at healthy naman ang kinakain maski madami, no regrets naman. Pag junk at carbs ayan usually isumpa ko na sarili ko at work out ako agad! Ramdam ko din kasi agad bigat.

Ganito pala pag tungtong ng 30, ang hirap na ilose nung 5 kgs, noon konting kembot lang, ngayon talagang gutuman at paguran sa work out ituuu. Consistency is key!
