Hello sis, so far sa experience ko, kahit next year pa wedding namin, ang bilis magreply ni Ms. Chell and Ms. Audrey (Bouquets and Tiaras Events Management).

Ang kulit ko nga eh. Hindi pa ako nagsisign ng contract, helpful na sila. Even now that we've signed for their services, though our time zones are different, they make it a point to reply as soon as possible.

I hope all is well with you and your coordinators.  It would be really nice to know that your wedding planner is in tune to your needs. Hindi naman tayo nagpapa VIP, it just feels comforting to know that they value the importance of our special day.

^Yes so they will know the scope of services you agreed and paid for per supplier. Regarding the balance, will you relegate the settling of balance payment to your OTD on your wedding day. If yes, they need to know the amount you paid and the balance that needs to be paid on the day itself. If not, maybe you can blur out the amount.

She was our second supplier booked after the church and was highly recommended too by sis Smile22. One of the best decisions ever made. We became friends during the preps dahil iba talaga ang level of passion and dedication nila sa work. They will give their best. Majority of their suppliers are tie up nila but wala siyang commission sa prices. She gave recommendations, we researched if we love their works then we asked help from her to negotiate the price. Friends na rin namin yung tie-up suppliers. It was really a blessing. Since we've known each other for a while (almost 2 years prep), detailed ang endorsements namin and tiwala na ako ng buong-buo.

On our wedding day, wala na masyadong tanong sa akin unless necessary. They can really decide on their own and very remarkable ang judgment skills nila. Maayos sila makipag-usap sa tao lalo na sa mga guests namin. Tinanong ko din ang mga guests and entourage about them and they gave positive feedback. Napaka-organized daw and they work as a unit. They were very flexible lalo nung nag-change kami ng program on the very last minute due to some circumstances. They handle pressure very well lalo na nung kay Father Alex. As I'd mentioned before, he's very strict sa time kaya in a way, na-pressure din sila coor but still, they performed well with flying colors.

Si Coleen ang bridal assistant ko and I love her too! No favoritism pero siyempre siya lagi ko kasama. Kahit marami na siyang hawak at minsan kaliwaan ang requests sa kanya, from my relatives, photog, ka-coor, focused pa rin sya at never ko naramdaman ang taranta at pagod. Never rin sila nawala sa tabi namin ni groom, mawala man saglit si Coleen sa tabi ko, meron pa ring naka-station na isa.

It did not stopped there. We had a wedding rock concert. First time nila na-encounter yung ganitong program kaya before mag-start, meron pa silang quick rundown ng mga gagawin. Si Rachelle naging instant stage director at DJ.  The rest of the girls? Kayang kumilos efficiently with minimal supervision. Sila din ang nagpadagdag ng audience impact habang kumakanta kami ni husband sa harap. Pati husband ni Rachelle, present din! The love is overflowing. Kudos talaga

Hi LuneGoddess pwede ba malaman rates nila? And full coord ba kinuha mo? Im contemplating if full ba or OTD lang ako. Since December 2018 bride pa naman ako so mahaba mahaba pa time ko to prep.

Moxx de Vera's rate is 20k.

I got Moxx for much lower than that :-) But he's a friend of my fiance's close bud, so we were able to push for friend's discount :-)  Ang cool nya, then he really goes beyond just being a host, nagsusuggest din sya, it helped a lot kasi I am based overseas and basically it was my fiance who did all the legwork for the wedding.

My OTD Coord si Jen Yu.  Churchmate sya ng fiance ko, and I super like her. Same kami ng personality, I think, medyo pushy when someone needs to be pushed. And very list and details oriented.  Her price is not bad na rin (though above 10k) considering sobrang dami naman nyang effort at she picks up stuff na we might not have had in our checklist.

DAZZLE EVENTS BY RIO DE GUZMAN WAS A TOTAL DISASTER
Hi sissies I just want to share my experience, I got dazzle events by Rio De Guzman as my wedding coordinator. I based my selection of wedding coordinator here in female network. She has pretty good reviews in the past threads. So I immediately booked her. She was nice and bubbly and treat you as a close friend, which is a downside. I booked her diamond package which is 26k and of course I asked for discount and she agreed with 24k with a condition of writing a good review in female network for her. So I agreed because I am confident that her service is great and I completely trust her with my wedding as she says she has no freebies but she promise a hassle free wedding for me. As an overseas bride online was only my basis for wedding suppliers. On the day of food tasting I asked her to go with my mom so they can discuss some of my wedding details and she's late, but that's fine because she is messaging me from time to time how bad the traffic is. And on my wedding day all the wedding suppliers are there except for the wedding coordinator, she made a timeline of her own that mua will arrive first followed by coor. and photo/vid. team. She also asked for their meal allowance and couldn't agree with the cheapest Jollibee food and asked for more. So I agreed and give them money for their preffered food. But they are seen eating the burger steak I ordered for other wedding supplier, and on dinner at the reception they asked the waiter to serve them bountiful of food for the guests. I can let it go but the worst part is they only let 7 people sign the guestbook!!. And not to mention the coordinators ride the bridal car while the bridesmaid are walking going to the reception, also the coordinators took the fan with misalet intended for the guests in church. They are total disaster. And my sister wrote a review in her facebook page and voila we are blocked. It is a big mistake having her and her team to handle my wedding. I should have chosen other coor.

Sorry to hear that. Minsan mahirap talaga umasa sa good reviews. Swertehan lang talaga.
Some suppliers indicate na ayaw nila ng fast food, was that stated in your contract? Pero kahit na no, kasi nagbigay ka na nga ng extra.

How about sa flow ng program nagka problem ba?

@tomatostellar yung flow ng program is okay naman pero sa church ang dami din naging problem as per my mom sya daw nag ayos kaya sumakit paa nya kaka-lakad and d naayos [textspeak!] mga bisita. nakaupo sila far from the entorage peeps sa my dulo kaya parang my hati tuloy, they could have asked the guests to sit in front after the entourage.

Medyo mahirap na book for December 2018 sa mga matutunog/sikat na suppliers. Pero try mo pa din.

For those who are looking for On-the-Day Coordinators. I highly recommend my Wedding Coordinator Bells and Wishes www.facebook.com/bellsnwishes. Got wed last December 16. Though I got them for Full Coordination, the On the Day execution went well. As per the full coordination, they provide us good suppliers with good rates. Their service is superb.

Medyo turn off lang..Im in the process of booking suppliers and its the ones with coordination services yung matagal sumagot sa inquiries and package rates. Mas mabilis pa sina p/v, caterer and coutourier sumagot. May isa seenzoned pa ako 😑

Kudos lang kina Ayie of Imbitado (too bad cant do my date), MCC events and Rita Neri events (especially to, mabilis sumagot, call me up, mag ff up and magbigay ng tips).

^ For the price Rita Neri is charging, dapat lang naman lightning speed response nila. Hahahaha. But yeah, I get your sentiments, sis. Ironic na coords tapos mabagal magreply haha.

Kakabook ko lang din nang coord (SMA Weddings and Beyond). I sent an inquiry to about 20 coordinators, and have only considered those who responded within 24 hours with complete package rates and inclusions. Meron isang sikat na coord that I was considering kaso pinapasend ko package inclusions tapos rates lang sinend sa'kin. For me, how they handle initial inquiries speak volumes of how they work.

^True. Yung nag seenzone pa sakin madami pa reco dito. Gets ko medyo busy January pero negosyo nyo pa rin yan. If you dont like business I'll bring mine elsewhere.
Medyo mahirap lang talaga maghanap ng coordinator kasi madami sila and its hard to sort through them all, judge yung previous work nila and paano magiging perfomance on your day. I dont mind spending bit more for them basta they deliver. Kaya lang alam naman natin sa wedding suppliers yung charge nila hindi din predictive sa output lalo na sa coordinators.

Agree wih Rita Neri, though most probably its because she has a staff who deals with inquiries. Problem with other coords, especially the small groups, if they have on going events its difficult for them to reply back instantly unlike with big names na who have hired staffs.

But when you book one, make sure the head coordinator is present on your wedding day. Even if the staffs were all well trained, you need to get your money's worth pa din especially if its 2x more expensive than that usual ones.
