^Tinanong ko rin yan noon kaso lang yung first four hindi na talaga malagyan.  Yung latest which is recently ko lang kinuha (dun ko kasi pinasok ang college  fund ng anak ko), 250k lang ang CI rider.

Salamat sa info mga sis :)  I asked for a lower quote from Paramount.  Nasa 770 monthly for ten years (7k yearly) yung 1M coverage payable for 10 years tapos extended ng 10 years ulit without any premiums para sa aming tatlo na.tapos baka kumuha ako ng tig-isang Sunlife Assure para sa aming mag-asawa.  I want to make sure na habang bata pa yung anak namin eh hindi magagalaw ang savings if ever someone gets sick.

Sunlife Assure is until age 65 lang ata.  Naisip ko by then siguro may naipon na akong mas malaking halaga.  Honestly, kaya ko gusto isama yung anak ko is nakakaparanoid yung mga batang nagkakacancer ng maaga na naglipana sa facebook.  Iba na yung siguradong may madudukot kang pampagamot if ever.  Ginagawa ko to kasi I saw how my mom's cancer journey drained her hard-earned savings before.

I'm planning to get a critical illness plan din. I currently have life insurance with Pionner Life (headstart tawag sa plan ko, pero hindi na daw nila inoffer ngayon yun kasi nalugi sila sa ganun na plan) na meron din VUL. meron mga kasamang critical illness but not as many as sunlife's na pinost. Kaso i cant afford sa sunlife since I can't afford the 1M face amount. Single pa ako and have no plans of marriage or kids.

Gusto ko sana yun critical illness plan na kapag hindi naman ako nagkaroon nung critical illness, pwede iwithdraw yun mga hinulog ko after certain years. At least pwede ko gamitin sa iba. Normal ba na meron ganyan na plan?

Rider is a supplement for your insurance plan. Say, may plan base ka na variable life insurance(VUL), pwede mo palagyan ng riders like waiver of premium, critical illness , accident and disability, daily hospital income, term rider, of course may corresponding premium for each rider. Kumbaga, hiwalay yung coverage nun sa base plan mo. Example, may VUL ang isang client with P1M life coverage, then nagpalagay sya ng 500k critical illness, then diagnosed with critical illness, yung P500k ang makukuha nya. Iba pa yung death benefit na P1M.

Axa has a critical illness plan na may cash back guarantee. If client decide to terminate his plan, may cash surrender value. If he reaches age 70 without claims, or partial claims, 20% pa din ng sum insured ang mawi-withdraw nya, then another at age 75,80,85. Yung di makukuha would be death benefit.

Hi mga sis!

My husband and I are already covered sa lahat - even sa college fund ng baby namin, but I am scouting for a good health insurance/critical illness plan.  Knowing my family's cancer history, I don't want to drain the savings kung sakaing magkasakit ako. All our other SIX policies are with Philamlife and I feel like their Health Invest is too pricey.

Any suggestions po?  I am turning 33 this year and ayoko nang magdagdag ng 2,000 worth of monthly bills.

Hi you can check this link https://mariahealth.ph they are an online sales platform that allows you to easily shop and compare health insurance plan from major HMO providers in the country. Very Easy access and it really helps a lot.

Thanks in advance.

Me and my husband just got Sunlife Assure 1M face value. We both have low risk jobs and tbh if we got a regular HMO with hospital benefits for the past 4 years eh tapon nalang sya dahil nga low risk ang jobs namin. We both work from home, in a good neighborhood and we have a car. Both rin kaming nasa health field. Critical illnesses ang kinatatkutan namin or sudden death due to the lifestyle & genetics. Both families namin may history ng Diabetes and Cancer, grandparents ko on both sides may namatay sa stroke/aneurysm. Yes, hanggang 70 yo lang ang coverage and we talked about it ng hubby ko na 70 + naako lol hinde nako mag cchemo mag wweed nalang ako lol haha if ever umabot ako 70 bale 420k na ang nabayaran ko &  for me and it's fine ganun naman talaga insurance eh ang sa totoo lang ang inissip ko is yung anak namin, by that time 40 na sya at dapat lang kaya na nya sarili nya nun. If we die by age 69 then suerte nya haha 2M. Anyway, wag kayo mag alinlangan sa insurance basta get one that fits your budget and lifestyle, if high risk ang job nyo like construction, field work, travelling, health care -- susceptible kayo mahawaan or maacidente dahil sa commute etc then need nyo ng regular check up but if sendentary, puro computer & kain then more on bad lifestyle diseases ang makukuha nyo like cancer, stroke... ALSO if ever pala na ma diagnose kayo bigay na nila yung lump sum pagamot or pag terminal na eh pude nyo gamiting pang travel the world or ibigay as inheritance sa apo etc..

^^Good for you sis. I also have sun assure. Got it when I was 26 or 27 i forgot haha. I'm paying around 4000++ per year for a 500k coverage. May iba pa kasi akong policies na may critical illness din. This one is just to augment what I already have, anyway mura lang naman.

It is a 5yr renewable term insurance so price increases every 5 years too. Coverage is critical illness or death, whichever comes first.

Licensed sun life advisor here.

My sibling got a Sun Fit and Well Advantage. Mataas na ang premium, almost 4k na. May kasama na din kasing savings and health protection. OK na rin for peace of mind.

Quarterly siya nagbabayad so ipon every month pero mas makakamura ng konti kung annually ang payment. Pero mabigat kung isahan ang bayad.

Question: Magbabago ba ang mode of payment ng Sun Fit and Well if you reach a certain age, that is, you can only pay annually?

For those who are looking for term insurance, here's my list.

^Fit and well advantage is the most comprehensive health insurance that we have in Sun Life. With the option to pay in 10, 15 or 20 years, you are already covered until age 100. You can also use your credit card  to buy this product para sulit credit card points.

It covers 114 major and minor critical illnesses, with specific cancer booster, hospital income benefit, post hospitalization, home recovery benefit, palliative care benefit and cash endowment benefits. You also get to be a gold member of the GoWell program. May free gym bag yun and you can attend free gym classes in Kerry Sports Shangri-La The Fort and other sessions, just visit the website. May freebies and discounts din sa mga partner namin na sports and wellness stores.

Good deal yan. Think of it as buying peace of mind kasi you're covered basically for life. And if you don't get sick, may money back naman yun which also earns some dividends. Super sulit yan. If you have questions, just send me a pm. :)
