Wifi for helper??

You can set a schedule on the wifi, specific sa phone or gadget. That's what I did sa previous helper ko since mahilig nga mag cellphone. You have to have the MAC address of the gadget, then access mo lang your IP and may option dun to set a time schedule for a specific MAC address. I forgot na how exactly eh but you can google na rin maraming tutorials on how to do it.

With my current helper wala naman akong issue na since stay out sya and hindi sya nagdadala ng phone pag pumapasok.

No Wifi for our househelp. Magagalit husband ko baka humina ang connection sa online gaming niya. And that is the reason I gave her when she asked if she can connect. Totoo naman.

No No for me.. baka lalong magpuyat, 4AM kami gumigising on weekdays to prepare my daughter sa school. Makasanayan ni Ate helper mag wifi baka hindi na makatulog.

Sa dati naming kasama sa bahay, yes. Parang yun na lang din ang source of entertainment nya. Binigyan pa nga namin ng smartphone. Anyway, it comes with a responsibilty naman.  Na dapat hindi niya makaligtaan gawin yung mga kailangang gawin like luto, laba linis. Pag matapos na nya, she can enjoy surfing the net. Wala namang kaso sa amin. Hindi naman sya nagpabaya.

No issue for me, ako pa nagooffer agad agad ng wi fi namin haha, I am an Employee myself, as much as possible I want to treat our Helpers, they way I want to be treated as well. Ok din yun para di sila masyado mabagot, at makaisip umuwe or mag day off ng mag day off, wag lang aabuso at mapabayaan na chores ha.

we are based overseas and a mommy too, kaya medyo maluwag kame sa nagaalaga sa anak namin, kase we know ang wifi lang ang nakakapag lessen ng homesick nya sa mga anak nya.

Maluwag kame dati but ng magkaka 2nd child kame sinabihan na namin sya lessen ang games and wifi. So far, ok naman at madalas talagang form ng communication kahit samin, she will send pics, magmessage sakin, basta it comes with responsibility lang talaga at hindi mapabayaan ang ginagawa.

As long as hindi napapabayaan ang duties and responsibilities niya, ok lang magka-access sa WIFI. Doon mo nga mate-test how responsible they are with their duties.

Ngayon, kung napansin ko na nagsu-suffer yung performance niya as helper/yaya, doon ko siya kakausapin at bibigyan ng limit.

Ganito kasi kami sa helper/yaya namin who has been with us for almost 8 years na, at wala kami naging problem.

Why not kawawa naman if hindi updated at connected sa family nya. As long as you make it clear na pwedi lang pag siesta time at tapos na mga gawain nya.
