We are looking for a condo and i came across this place - california garden square. It seems it is a residential/commercial condo? Wondering if anyone can give me feedbacks/reviews on living here. It seems that the unit being sold are not pre-selling or RFO but pre-owned

Hi! Hoping to get a feedback from girltalkers who are residing in California Garden Square. How is the density of population in this place? I have not seen the whole place but looks like there are a lot of  buildings? How are the buildings as of the moment? Are they properly maintained? What problems do you usually encounter? Thanks!

I don't live in CGS but i have visited it several times as i have a friend who lives there.  Nadudumihan lang ako lalo na sa hallways & parking.  You have to lower your expectations.  Ang ok sa CGS is the convenience, ok location & may grocery & other shops in the vicinity.  Magulo lang ang area kasi surrounded by squatters area.

Medyo matagal na ako dati pa tumira sa CGS, as in under construction pa yung ibang building, LOL. If you are buying the unit unmodified, prepare to replace a lot of things kasi ang dali nasira--cabinets, etc., to think ako lang nakatira dun at hindi naman ako yung barumbado gumalaw. One other thing that prevented us from buying is yung utilities, parang ang taas ng rate nila. Pero ewan ko lang ngayon syempre kung paano na.

I'm actually looking for a condo near Ortigas and CGS is good in terms of location nga. Ayoko kasi malayo since gusto namin umiwas sa traffic and so far most affordable na 2-BR na nakita namin is from CGS nga. Just looking for a rental unit muna. Noted on your observations.
Will check it out kung keri namin mamuhay dun, low maintenance naman kami. Hehe.
