I remembered kasi Regina Belmonte (she used to be a beauty editor of cosmo magazine) posted on IG that she brought a white folder to her passport renewal.  She didn't say if it helped brighten her pic...  The last time i renewed my passport, the person in charged was very nice & patient to have a retake of my pic.  He even asked me kung ok na ba sa akin yung pic.... I don't want to apply heavy makeup kasi i've heard several instances that they ask you to remove it.

^Bawal heavy makeup sis. I think it was my officemate who told me na may nakasabay siya na pinagsabihan maghilamos. Fully made-up daw si ate girl, contour kung contour. Ako mllb lipstick, manipis na blush and hindi masyadong plakadong kilay nung magpunta ako. Tinanggap ko na na walang pag-asa talagang gumanda sa government ids haha

^i think much better sis if sa male dfa personnel ka pumila for the pic, nung time ko, only two male personnel were there, the 1st kuya which is the slimmer one and the other one naman was assigned to kid's lane. btw, this is in dfa megamall. mahaba naman yung pila sis so ma-o-observe mo kung sino ang considerate and mahaba pasensya. im happy naman with the outcome of my pic, i mean nung nasa passport na talaga. 😊😊

meron pa ba ang government employee courtesy lane?

Hi sissies! Napansin ko na upon booking less than 6 months na lang pala expired na ang passport ng niece ko. Pwede pa din ba lagay same passport number? pa renew sila this month then sa flight namin dala na lang old and new passport pag check-in.

May naka experience po ba sainyo ng same scenario? Thanks!

We were in DFA Robinson Novaliches last Saturday, wala pang 30mins yung kasama ko sa loob.. she was asked for 150 for delivery fee (lbc) ang pinasa nia lang is Postal, PSA, Philhealth ID at NBI clearance.. which yung original lang ng NBI Clearance ang kinuha tapos voila tapos na!

hi. as long as the name on the passport is correct. i made the error of using my friends old and unexpired passport number when i was booking their flight - pero when they check in - iba na pala passport nila at nagpa renew sila. no problems naman since the names are the same.

^Diyan din ako nagrenew ng passport ko sis. Sobrang bilis lang ng process nila diyan compared sa DFA Megamall.

^diyan din ako kumuha ng passport and anak ko less than an hour lang tapos na kami.

^malayo lang nga but that's the only available branch we can get him a passport. now, waiting for the delivery.

Hello mommies, question if renewal for minor ba ng epassport no need na ng birth certificate ngayon? I cant seem to read it sa site na kailangan pa. Just wanted to make sure, dati kasi sabi pag minor, it will be treated like ?new? regardless of any situation like renewal, damaged, lost etc. thank you in advance?  And also if need pa ng [textspeak!], need ba within one year na release ng PSA? TIA again

kailangan na ba talaga 1 yr bago maexpire ang passport magparenew ?

^Hindi naman since valid pa siya ng 1yr. Parents ko March 2019 ang expiration ng passport pero nakapagtravel pa ng Aug 2018. You just have to remember na if you are planning to travel abroad dapat atleast 6mos pa validity ng passport mo. Pagless than 6mos sa immigration palang dito di ka na makakalusot.

Anything that will prove the minor is your kid - birth certificate, baptismal certificate, id ng bata sa school with either of the parent?s name and signature, basta me name(s) nung parent(s) and nung kid(s).
