Nag attend ako ng BINHI last Sunday by Pinay Doulas Collective super informative yun. Hindi ko yun nagawa sa 1st born ko kasi napreterm ako at 33 weeeks.

Mga moms to be, do you have a checklist of things to bring for baby and for you if pupunta sa hospital para manganak? Pa share naman please. As early as now gusto ko na i-ready ang hospital bag namin ni baby. TIA!

^I do pero hindi pa final kaya hindi ko pa ma-share. Hehe. If making a list, make sure you also make a list for hubby like extra clothes, snacks, etc. It would also depend din siguro what kind of amenities meron sa hospital.

sis bluish_buff, haven't attended any birthing class.  as of now, hindi ko na kaya nakaupo or nakatayo nang matagal due to back pain. i'm just reading articles online or watch videos.

yung list ko naman pala ng stuff to bring sa hospital, di pa ganon ka complete. me mga itatanong pako sa OB this coming appointment namin (dapat kahapon pero wala sya). will update you sisses pag final na ang pag eempake ko.

Sis baby_gab: recommended daw na 2nd trimester un birthing class. Eh 33 weeks na [textspeak!].Haha!  May sked kami this nov 19th. Kwentuhan ko kayo how it went. Ako, super active pa rin sa lakaran. Haha!  Pero mabilis mapagod tsaka masakit sa balakang kapag matagal nakaupo. Gusto ko pa nga pumunta sa green light sale sa trinoma this weekend. Kelangan ko mamimili ng christmas gifts hehe.

Hindi pa ko nag eempake din. Hopefully by end of this month makapagstart na ko. Pahingi din ako list.

Hello. Am an avid fan of girltalk especially the thread on pregnancy experiences.. kase i am also due on January 4th week 2017 ;-> congratulations sa mga mommies for due ng Q1 of 2017. Me concern lang ako mga sister nagpa CAS kase ako last saturday Thank GOD maganda and normal naman ang results  kaso complete breech ang baby ko. Would anyone here experience the same? As much as possible ayoko kase ng c-section kase based on my officemate's feedback matagal daw ang healing and of course i want to enjoy my maternal leave na inaalagaan ko ang baby boy ko. Sa 1st baby ko kase premature girl @ 7mos normal procedure ang ginawa and nakayanan ko naman. Malakas ang kutob and faith namin na full term kami sa 2nd baby although iyon nga lang nasa breech position.
Meron ba kayong alam na prenatal massage iyong professional? Appreciate if you could share please. Sa St Luke's QC ako manganganak next year. Thanks in advance

sis bluish_buff, late na pala ako sa birthing class kung sakali. haha! same here, 33 weeks na din ako. sige, wait ko kwento mo about the birthing class ha. di na talaga ako makaka-attend, si baby pag sumisipa nagraradiate na yata ang pain sa likod ko.

hello sis evokezion! same tayo na jan 4 2017 ang due date.  do you know the gender ng baby mo? congrats for the healthy baby. 1st viable pregnancy ko to and cephalic naman so wala pako idea about breech. sa prenatal massage naman, ang alam ko lang is sa Asian Hospital sa Alabang eh. I think may separate thread dito sa FN about prenatal massages.

Actually sa birthing class namin may mga 36 week na umattend, Madaming third trimester. Okay din kasi umattend para aware kayo. I am aiming for VBAC.

Pareho tayo 4th week of January ang due as for the breech presentation, may time pa naman daw bumaliktad si baby. Sabi nung OB ko magpatugtog daw ako ng music tapos lagay ko sa lap area ko. And yes po, may exercises din daw to flip the baby.

Thanks sis. Hindi na pala ako nakaabot sa Binhi. Anyway, sked namin this saturday. Balak ko kasi na november na mag birthing class para fresh pa sa utak [textspeak!] napag aralan,hahaha. Tapos di ko kagad naresearch na dapat 2nd trimester pala mga birthing class. Good to know na may mga 3rd trimester moms na umaattend. Nagworry ako na baka ako lang yung nasa 3rd trimester.

Question sisses, it's kinda TMI. Hahaha! Pero do you still do the deed with hubby?

Nung nadiagnose ako na low lying placenta and possible placenta previa and was advised na no contact muna. Pero once naclear na yun, eh di nagkaroon uli.Hehe.  pero cyempre hindi na super regular at nagwoworry si hubby na maapektuhan si baby.

^I am at 29 weeks and we still do have regular sex. Cleared naman by the OB so ok lang.

Done with my CAS last sat. happy because everything is fine with the baby but kinda disappointed with the gender since its not what Im expecting. but overall, the baby is healthy and no complication. maybe thats something to be thankful for. anyway, sa CAS ko baby is a week older than my gestational age. parang napaaga ang due ko but nothing is definite pa naman since im still on my 5th month.

^ still doing it but not everyday naman.

mommies, did you buy or using bottle sterilizer? i know there's a thread for this pero Im lacking info on Chicco brand. care to share what you bought or using? thanks

^I bought ecomom UV sterilizer. Dahil narin sa rave saka mas mukhang convenient sa lahat.
