hi mga sis. i want to wall mount our tv. pero i dont want to just wall mount it. gusto ko may design. ganito sana gusto ko ma-achieve. peg

im also contemplating on whether to buy adjustable shelf brackets  para di masyadong maraming butas. pero di pa ko decided kasi iniisip ko parang masakit sa mata yung brackets super visible.. the only advantage with adjustable brackets, pwedeng ibahin yung design pag nagsawa na.. what's a good alternative kaya?

I've tried using adjustable shelf brackets. Ok lang naman, pero, tama ka, iba yung effect nila sa mata. But, if mas important for you ang functionality, ok talaga yung adjustable shelf brackets. Puede mo kasing pag-experimentuhan yung design.

Naka-try na rin akong mag-hire ng carpenter na siya na ang gumawa ng shelves namin sa room, pati na yung brackets. Parang package, kumbaga. Ang biggest advantage nuon, hindi lang kami naka-pag choose ng design ng shelves namin, pati 'yung sa brackets na rin. Tinanong niya kasi kami kung ano'ng klase yung gusto namin ng sister ko. Baka puede mo'ng i-try din? I don't know. Not really an expert on this, but it might help. Pag customized naman kasi, you can always ask the carpenter to create something based on your preferences.

^ hi sis. may picture ka ba ng shelves niyo sa house? hindi naman makalat tingnan? dito kasi sa house, basta may flat surface, nagiging magnet ng kalat e.:-)

In MManila,  open shelving really attracts dust. If the tendency of your family members is to crowd shelves --  maybe you should avoid installing these.

But condos require open shelving, due to space constraints.  The floating type of shelving looks maaliwalas. 

I avoid using adjustable shelving,  unless  inside cabinets or pantries.  Maybe I just am not good at not-symmetrical  shelf positioning, kaya I see these adjustable shelves  as cluttered. 

The recent approach I have observed is the use of varying "cubes" instead of adjustable shelves.

Yun mga TV at shelves madali i-wall mount. Yun cabinets ang mahirap talaga, pang floor standing talaga sila. Nagtry ako ng maliit na TV rack to free up floor space, bumili ako ng heavy duty angle brackets at anchors bolts na.
