Hope to get advice about this.  Married for 11yrs pero now lang ata ako naging conscious sa details ng sex.  Usually spontaneous lang and not so much experiments.  But now that we are getting older, i want to keep the thrill by adding spice and sakyan ang fancy ni hubby.
1.  How to prepare the backdoor?  Some say needs enema.  How often?  What med, dosage?

An enema is nice, if you have access to one. We dont have one, so when i do it with my partner its not after a big meal.
To prepare the backdoor, you need a lubricant (i personally use KY Jelly) I would discourage lotion, mainit sabi ng wifey. You have to lubricate the outside and the inside parts. How do you do this you ask? Smear lube at the outside entrance/sphincter, then smear lube on the finger then finger the ass. One finger then two/three until you think you can handle the girth of your partner. I suggest that this be done by your partner while he/she is eating you out.
Actual penetration will hurt a bit. My wifey, a 10 year vet to anal, still experience a little pain when I enter hastily, always ask your partner to be gentle.

2.  How clean ba ang backdoor style:   After backdoor, safe parin ba magpunta ng frontdoor?

Backdoor is dirty, Changing holes without cleaning can lead to numerous infections

3.  Awkward ang bj after backdoor, right?

If you think you can do it, why not? Thats called Ass to Mouth (ATM)

4.  Edible ba ang lubricants?  I mean, safe naman siguro sila malunok?

KY is a water based lubricant so its safe to ingest.

yung mga nababasa kong revelations ng mga couple na gumagawa nito, they used lubricants like petroleum jelly then condom at pag malapit ng labasan si lalake they immediately pull out si kabayan, tas aalisin yun condom sabay pasok naman sa front para dun labasan. para iwas uti na din daw babae at pareho mapunuan ang satisfaction.

You can use enema which you can buy sa mercury. A few minutes before doing the deed

Medyo. Ibj mo muna bago magpa backdoor.

All lubricants are water-based but not all are safe malunok. I suggest Bliss Glide. Yun, meron kasi sila claim na edible so I guess legal yun. Plus super dulas siya. You can buy it in Mercury, Watsons or Lazada

personally, mas masarap parin ang "usual sex" or vagina may nararamdaman kang mainit at basa. Sa anal ang nararamdaman ko lang is tightness around my penis. sa dulo empty space lang. I enjoy it more of the mental aspect of it.
