By the way, we finally hear the hearbeat of our baby yesterday at 11w5d. nong 8weeks kasi we just saw it sa ultrasound.  Ang saya. 

Does any of you suffer from bloating and constipation?  Grabe ang bloating ko it's very uncomfortable.

^same here sis grabe rin bloating ko minsan parang sasabog na tummy ko e. make sure to eat fiber nalang sa morning para mailabas mo. breakfast ko lagi either oats or corn flakes with milk and awa ni Lord regular naman bowel movement ko.

as for the subchorionic hemorrhage (SCH), I was 9 weeks nung nagbleed ako ng sobra like I soaked 2 napkins with bright red blood kaya ako napabedrest when they checked lumaki yun bleeding sa loob. Pero prior to that una palang transV ultrasound ko at 7 weeks nakita na may SCH (pero I wasn't spotting there was not a single external sign of the SCH) then minomonitor sya pero bago pa maka 2 weeks ulit na babalik sa OB for follow- up check- up, ayun nagbleed na ako ng bongga. Nakakatakot!

Takbo sa hospital then nakita nga lumaki yun bleeding thru transV ultrasound. Tapos naadvise na ng bedrest for 2 weeks dinagdagan yun gamot ko. Thank God effective naman and wala na sya. Pero sabi ni Doc may chance daw bumalik kaya alalay lang talaga..hindi na ako naglalakad ng malalayo and kahit malling limited na. As much as possible I get enough rest. Hindi rin pwede magmakelove hehe..sad!!!

Ako din bloating and constipation. I used to have regular bowel movement until I became pregnant. I'm now eating more fruits especially ripe papaya after waking up in the morning.

I was also prescribed duphaston kasi my urinalysis shows na may microscopic bleeding ako. Doc said na mas mabuting maagapan before pa lumalala and mag bleed na talaga na visible sa naked eye. Malapit na akong magtapos sa first trimester ko. Hays gusto kong i-fast forward ang mga araw. hehe

Also, nagspotting din ako nung second month, konti lang naman. I was prescribed to take isoxilan and ixosuprine. Complete bed rest din ako for the entire first trimester... Which eventually hindi ko din nasunod kasi nakakaawa yung asawa ko, siya lahat sa bahay. Hehe... No contact din muna kami, kaya ang lungkot ko hahaha!

^ahahahaha ako rin sis ang lungkot ko kasi sya ang takot sa contact ako rin sis bedrest pero with bathroom privileges. Actually, house arrest lang hehe. I still move around the house.

I had bleeding at 11 weeks while pooping. 4-5 drops of blood nakita ko sa toilet. Di naman naulit. Baby is malikot sa ultrasound after and nawala SCH ko after that bleeding, which is good. Meds ko right now:

1. Aspirin 80mg tab daily
2. Mosvit Elite 1 capsule daily
3. Calvit Gold 2x/day
4. Duphaston 3x/day
5. Duvadilan 3x/day as needed if may contractions na ma-feel

Nakakaumay na laging may dessert na tablets every meal >_<

Hindi ka nag-iisa sis. Ako din grabe ang bloating. All my pregnancies, same experience ko pag first tri, buti kahit asar na si hubby, matyaga pa rin sa pagiging irretable ko. Hindi nya ko inaaway kahit inaaway ko sya.

ah okay, wala naman ako spotting or bleeding,  I am just wondering kasi madami nga ako nababasa about SCH.  Wala din naman sinabi doctor ko on my first ultrasound.  Nakakapraning talaga pag buntis. hehe

So far bloating and constipation talaga pinka problem ko, at pang amoy na pwedeng maging detective.  Kahit luto ng kapitbahay naamoy ko kahit sarado naman lagi ang bahay kasi malamig na dito. Sabi nga ng asawa ko ang weird ko daw wala naman siyang naaamoy.

Naaawa na rin ako sa asawa ko, protective masyado, ayaw nya ako kahit maghugas ng pinggan kasi matagal daw nakatayo, tapos di ako makapagluto kasi nga di ko kaya amoy.  Kaya siya lahat ngayon.  Sabi ko bawi nalang ako sa mat leave ko, 1 year mat leave namin dito, so try ko magluto lagi. hehe

Oo nga sis hirap din kasi maghanap ng mag-aalaga. Pinupush nga ng gov't recently na gawing 1.5 years.  Sana ma approve bago ako manganak.  Though 90% lang ng usual income mo ang matatanggap while on leave okay na din para mahaba yung time sa baby.

I don't have an app, may nahanap lang ako sa internet about daily progress ng baby sa tummy yun binabasa ko araw-araw.  Try ko I check yung Sprout

Hi. Just used the PT and turned out positive. But I already had a feeling since last week. Actually, we are using the calendar method. Did during the safe period  but still, voila! God has a plan, I know. This will be my 2nd, hoping for a baby boy (para quota na)!   Will go to OB maybe tomorrow. I think my due will be on the 1st week of June. Congrats and God bless to us!

Btw, is there a thread about skincare for preggys? TIA.

Sis 16 weeks na ako on my next OB appointment.  Pano ginagawa ang test na yan, through blood test ba? I didn't bother to ask kasi para saan yung 7 vials of blood ang kinuha sa akin last week.  Discuss daw nya ang results on my next visit.

^ganoon talaga katagal sis bago madiscuss ang results sa location nyo? They don't give the results right after the test?

Musta na mga sis? 2nd trimester na ako and 2 more weeks till my 16th week appt, Baka sakaling makita na namin yung gender if not, we'll just wait until the anatomy scan by 19th week.
 
au_chic: Sis, did your doctor recommended nuchal translucency test? Wala namang nabanggit doctor ko regarding that test.

by the way mga sis, have you discussed already with your OB how much ang maternity package na aabutin nyo? When is it the right time to discuss things like that with the OB?
