Saw Maxene Magalona twice na in the lobby of One Shangrila Place Residences. Super plain-faced, no makeup. I think she lives there.

definitely not true na 25M minimum sa One Shang-rila Place Residences. Meron 7-8M studio/1 BR and up to 65M 3BR penthouse.

As for Maxene, maybe they're renting? Rent is from 35k upwards.
