Hindi ba humid na ang air sa atin? Ang buhok ko nga ayaw ma-straight sa sobrang humid nung umuwi ako. As soon as bumukas ang pinto ng PAL my hair went "boing" at nakulot agad...hahaha! Scented air is not that healthy din di ba? Baka me harmful chemicals din. Try nyo yung Himalayan salt lamp.

Hay ang laking tulong ng humidifier talaga! Kahit papano eh lumalamig ang lugar sa init ngayon... and to think December na pero parang summer sa tindi ng init nang singaw

I bought a warm-mist humidifier last month. Winter dito and with the centralized heater On, sometimes the air inside the house is kinda dry.
So far the humidifier helps.

bought a humidifier for our room especially that we use AC. really helps in preventing dry feeling sa throat and sinus allergy.
