I'm pretty old na ngayon. 34 years old.. nung time na yun kasi i felt na it was a bit late for me kasi I had friends who were sexually active. they were way ahead of me. I could have done it sooner if I wanted to pero my mind was too busy with something else. pero yeah i agree 19 is still too early.
