kami nga rin ng asawa ko, recently ko lang narealize na may pwede pala kaming punny hashtag.. e di sana nagamit namin yun nung wedding namin almost 5 years ago!

I'm an OFW (bride) kaya pardon me if hindi ko alam at first ang purpose ng hashtags sa weddings. But now I get it (I think), ang purpose ba nito e para you can see those uploaded photos by your friends? Kahit naka-private ang account nila?

^Sa pagkakaalam ko ang specific photos na ginamitan ng hashtag should be set as public para ma-view mo or ng ibang tao. So pwedeng private ang account mo pero yung wedding photos with hashtag naka-public dapat kung gusto mo ma-view ng iba. Ang purpose ng hashtag is para mas madaling hanapin ang photos sa social media. Type mo lang sa search bar ang wedding hashtag mo then lahat ng public photos na may same hashtag lalabas na. Hindi mo na kailangan isa-isahin i-open ang socmed accounts ng guests mo para icheck ang photos.

in addition to that...

hashtags are a concept from twitter, it is to "consolidate" posts that are related to one topic. which means for example, you click a hashtag, #manilabaycleanup: you should see all posts related to the recent manila bay cleanup. or in ig, if you click on #tbt, you should see all throwback posts.

so the wedding hashtag is the way to consolidate all posts of the wedding guests in FB, IG, and/or Twitter. so for example if we click, say the hashtag below na #NaBACORanNaSiEllen, we should all see wedding photos of sis Babaellen, regardless of who posted it.

I would like to ask your creative minds for some hashtag ideas mine and h2b's names are pretty hard to come up with so I'm really having a hard time creating our hashtag names are
