At one time I was very fascinated by books on achieving goals. I began to actively participate in various coaching and training to achieve my goals.  I read a lot of essay examples and even made a list of my goals. Drawing up a map of desires also helps a lot. I read a lot of literature. Of the latter, I recommend The Power of Focus and 12 Week Year.
