Hay naku sis totoo yan, I became my friend's coordinator kuno and that Joel Faller mahirap talaga siya macontact talaga . Pero isa sila sa pinakamagaling at pinakasulit sa tagaytay na florist .

Our florist was Kuya Edgar Erni. Ang galing ng taong to. Ang ganda ng bouquet ko and all the flowers for that matter. Kuhang kuha niya peg ko and mas maganda pa! Walang tipid tipid sa flowers. Wala siyang shop so sure ka na bago lahat ng flowers mo and yung sa budget mo lahat ibubuhos niya. Sulit siya and I will recommend him anytime

Sissies, finally graduate na kami after a year of wedding preps.. We got married last week but since busy pa sa honeymoon, i haven't started my suppliers rating/review yet.. We stayed in our Tagaytay honeymoon suite after the wedding then deretso na bora the next day. We stayed in a cliff villa in bora, it was beautiful. Then sa shangrila boracay naman for
more privacy.. Next stop will be bangkok and maldives.. But i'll put a supplier review one at a time soon to give back to our GT sissies..

After a year of preparation, graduate na din sa wakas 
In the spirit of giving back to my cyber bridesmaids, my GT sisses, here comes my suppliers’ review 

Church: Ina ng Laging Saklolo Parish (10/10)
We have always wanted an intimate wedding in Tagaytay. Aside from the fact na dito talaga kami nagsisimba sa church na ito, we love their altar talaga. Hassle free lahat ng transactions and very helpful sila Kuya Ted. Father Jeff was also very warm sa amin during the interview and kahit nung confession. Para lang kaming nagkukuwentuhan.

Venue: Taalena Restaurant (10/10)
As some of our sisses here have read, nagscout kami ng venue sa Tagaytay na pasok sa budget na inalot namin. When we went to Taalena, we knew our search was over. Rustic themed ang wedding namin and yung ambience of the event hall is saktong sakto na with minimal styling na lang. Another reason why we chose this venue is highly recommended siya ng caterer namin. Our guests loved the view of the tall lake. We love that they loved it.

Caterer: L&J Catering (10++/10)
I have nothing but praises for them. Good food, good people. Wala kaming naging problema kahit konti sa transaction naming with them. Highly recommended. Sila yung unang una na hinire namin. No doubt kaya award-winning sila Kuya Willie. Our wedding cake was made by them as well. Kasama na sa package. I sent him my peg for the cake, not really expecting na magawa nila, I would be very happy if it would come close, pero we were surprised na they have exceeded pa. Highly recommended. Love love them!

Preps Venue and Accomodation: View Park Hotel (10++/10)
Super plus plus because they upgraded us to Presidential Suite from Business Suite. That was 5k difference. They said na gift na nila saking yun since for wedding preps yung booking namin. Ang ganda ng suite nila. Kasya lahat ng suppliers ko sa loob, maluwag pa. Their bathroom was spacious. Kasama na sa booking yung buffet breakfast the next day so plus ulit yun.
During the preps, they handed me a fruit plate with ‘Best Wishes’ written on it (with chocolate syrup). Na touch ako sa gesture hehe. So another plus.
No corkage for supplier meals. No corkage fee din if you have your own wine or food. Love the place. Di lang pansinin it’s a rather smaller hotel kasi than the rest in Tagaytay, seems less appealing pero the first time we went there for our ocular, I knew na I found our hotel. Perfect sa amin.

Photography: Blissful House Digital (7/10)
They are the earliest to arrive on the preps venue and were swift with their shoot. Alam nila where to take the perfect shot and how to execute them. We were able to grab a copy of the photos agad after a few days lang. They are very strict with their timeline and very keen to completing their sets. Making sure na everything is covered. They take perfect portrait shots. Yung mga pang blow up, framing and hanging on the bedroom wall. They are very good at what they do. We are happy with their output.

However, they lack flexibility. Sherwin, the secondary shooter is well and ok though. Cool lang siya. Pero si Michael, super strict. Sometimes to a fault. OC siya. His shots are clean and perfect cut, but, they lack spontaneity. Maybe he has some kind of a list in his head of fixed shots na he needs to have and, although we understand na we probably would have wanted those shots, maybe he needs to soften up a bit and try to adapt to different unforeseen circumstances. He also needs to be patient. Siyempre hindi naman artista itong mga shnshoot mo, so excuse them if they cannot follow the instructions, or if malikot sila or giddy or if super tagal nila mag ayos. Please, these are our guests. Make them feel like they want to get your services for their event too. BHD’s professionalism is unquestionable. However, they probably need to improve their interpersonal skills.

Videography: JJCA (10+/10)
Sobra naming galing ng team na ito. Considering na they are not expensive. Sobrang cool and bait and their output is wow. We booked them kasama ng package ng BHD. Buti na lang. They are probably the number one reason why I am not regretting booking BHD pa rin kahit slight nastress ako sa kanila. If not for BHD, di ko makikilala ang awesomeness ng team na ito. Will vouch for them anytime. If we’ll be needing videography services, walang isip isip JJCA agad!

Wedding dress and accessories: Paolo Baltazar Couture (10/10)
No sugar coating, though alam ko na maganda talaga yung dress ko and my veil was like wow, I still think that my dress was expensive. Or kuripot lang talaga siguro ako.
French lacey kasi siya and pati veil ko was super lacey. To be honest, nabigatan nga ako at first kasi feeling ko mahihila yung hair ko. Pero before the ceremony started, a part of it was pinned to my back kaya less strain sa hair.
The dress is a gift from my mom kaya siya nagdecide na go for a designer made dress.
I found Paolo’s name in Kasal.com. I felt na advantage ko yung proximity niya sa akin since south based siya. It later proved na sobrang importante nga talaga na readily accessible yung designer mo for fitting schedules etc. He also did my mom’s dress din.
To sum it up, I was very happy with my dress. I felt na ginawa talaga siya solely for me. The fit was perfect. It flattered my petit figure. I gained weight pa nun pero everyone was telling me na ang sexy ko in a divine way.

Groom’s Barong: Rabacca Lumban Laguna (10+/10)
The trip was worth it. In 2 weeks we already have hubby’s barong on hand, together with my dad’s, 2 adult barongs and 1 kiddo’s. Perfect fit. Ang ganda talaga ng Pina Jusi. The color and the burda, ang ganda talaga. If you’ll get more than one barong, worth na to. Hubby was raving about his barong before, during and after the wedding. Happy na happy siya. Hehe.

HMUA: MV Balo (10/10)
She was not my first choice pero so glad I booked her. MV is the wife of our head photographer kaya I thought na better na isang team na lang ito. I have never enjoyed being dolled up as I did while she was doing my make up. Ang gaan ng kamay niya and before you know it, tapos na. My make up was just the way I wanted it, fresh and light. She also did my mom’s and my mil’s. And what else can I say, inulin kami ng compliments. Some even took note of her name for future engagements. Di lang siya magaling, she was very easy breezy to talk to and nag enjoy talaga ako while sitting on her make up chair.

Preps and Reception Bouquet: Maria Victoria Floral Studio (10++/10)
This is a new venture of Ms MV Balo. Seeing kung gaano kaganda arrangements niya, her inspiration being Vatel, I was so excited when she offered to do my bouquet. Di pa formally launched itong venture niya when we talked about it pero I had no doubt na she will deliver. And wow. My preps and reception bouquet was a headturner. Guaranteed no regrets if you book her for your bouquet lalo na if you’re into what we now call pinterest-worthy details.

Church and reception flowers; Ceremony bouquet: Edgar Erni of Designer Blooms from the Heart (10+/10)
Flowers kung flowers. Bumabaha ng bulaklak from church to reception.
He was the last supplier na we booked. We were actually thinking of making artificial flowers kasi. Pero decided against it when I realized na mas gusto ko pala talaga yung fresh. We got his all in package. I sent him a pic of my peg, which I got from pinterest. Cascade type na autumun feel. Rustic kasi theme namin. Judging from the quality ng mga ideas from pinterest, I understand if he won’t be able to pull it off and ready na ako mag settle sa ibang version. I was so surprised and overwhelmed nung nakita ko yung bouquet ko. WOW. Mas maganda pa sa peg ko. I love it super duper.

Photobooth: K’s photobooth (10/10)
Sobrang daling kausap ni Sir Regie. I made the backdrop and the layout of our photostrip. 2x6 na magnetic. From the start of the program until the end, they were there. We talked about the time limit na 4 hours pero no time limit was observed hehe. Tuloy tuloy lang. Truly unlimited hanggang sa may nagpapabooth. High quality yung output. We also had a copy of the entire session on DVD, given to us right after.

OTD: K events management team (10/10)
Wala akong masabi sa team na ito.
They arrived on the dot. Ako pa yung late na nakakilos ‘cause I just had breakfast nun haha. I let them in the hotel room and from there they started working. Wala na ‘kong ginawa/inaalala right after. My bride assistant (Eunice) was excellent. She carried my flipflops na din and was ready anytime na gusto ko magpalit from my pumps to the slippers (I just did this when pauwi na. Hindi naman sumakit paa ko). Nag CR din ako, yes while wearing my gown. Wala naming naging problema, thanks to her na forever naka alalay. Everything was organized, went according to plan and super smooth and stress-free. Will recommend them anytime.
 
Emcee: Ms Kris Ann Gonzales (10/10)
She is the head coordinator for K events and together with our package yung emcee services niya. She handed us a copy of the ‘usual’ wedding program, pero we customized it to make it a very short one. We want to have time to entertain our guests kasi at least before they leave the reception area. She was very cool about it even if we chose to leave out yung mga games na like niya sana include. Come the big day, I heard nothing but compliments from our guests. Our parents said na she handled the crown real well. No green jokes or inappropriate comments and drops. Her voice was very soft, her accent was neutral. We felt she was the perfect fit for our big day and she really was.

Invitation Design and Printing: The Happiness Badge
We actually own THB kaya I won’t rate it na. Siyempre happy kami. Haha.

Souvenirs: Queen Bee Woodcraft (8/10)
We ordered 10 4x4 boxes and 20 2.5x7 boxes for our secondary and primary sponsors, respectively. We were very happy about it feeling namin we had a good deal. We really did. Although, we expected yung carvings to be more, I dunno, intricate? Medyo nag lack sa details and hindi nasunod yung gusto namin. There are also a couple of boxes na hindi maganda yung fit, masikip. Pero the rest were okay naman. Nilagyan naming ng bible verses about love and marriage dun sa primary sponsor boxes and about friendship naman sa secondary sponsor boxes. Very happy din with this, save for a few minor details I mentioned.

I hope wala na ako nakalimutan. Happy preps to our sisses here.

Here's my suppliers rating/review. I-post ko na before we continue with another honeymoon trips.  Medyo mahaba yata ang reviews ko. Please bear with me, habang fresh pa sakin ang details.

PART 1/3

Church: Transfiguration Chapel, Caleruega (10/10)
super nice talaga ng church na to.. when i first saw this church 20 years ago,  nagandahan na agad ako dito.. but i never thought na dito pala kami ikakasal. when hubby and i decided to get married in tagaytay, ang church na ito agad ang pumasok sa isip ko. nag-ocular pa rin kami of course, but when we reached caleruega na, iba talaga ang dating niya samin.. the moment we stepped on it, we knew na ito na ang church para samin.. this is the very first na binook namin among all others things. it never loses its charm, kahit ilang libong couple na ang kinasal dito.  our officiating priest was Father Allen. first time namin siya na-witness magkasal since we've never attended Tagaytay wedding before kase I'm overseas. And true enough sa mga reviews niya, super galing nga niya. our ceremony was filled with so much love, smile, laughter and tears of joy too.  even the guests were smiling, laughing and crying with us. Kaya din siguro na-set ng maganda ang mood ng wedding, kase sa simbahan pa lang, ang-happy na ng ambiance.. sabi nila, anggaling daw ni Father Allen kase very modern and personalized ang mass niya. Na para bang matagal niya na-witness ang love story namin. even after the wedding, binabanggit samin ng mga guest si Father Allen. No dull moment kahit mahaba siya mag-misa.. And he was on time too.  we started the procession at 2:30PM for the 3:00PM wedding.

Reception: Villa Ibarra
Venue and Hotel Preps (10/10)
Super nice ng Tagaytay view nila sa reception venue. It is an indoor venue na glass ang walls kaya feel na feel ang Tagaytay wedding because of the view.  It has a garden/balcony din where guests can enjoy the Taal view during cocktail hours. Na-enjoy pa ng guests ang view during cocktail hour before sunset. They can still enjoy that same view even inside the indoor reception kase glass wall naman siya. Hindi ganun kataas ang ceiling but it still looks spacious because the floor and ceiling (with some drapings) are all white kaya maaliwalas tingnan.  Since it's a dinner reception, it was a candle light dinner with flower centerpieces of our motif and other styling to complement the white reception then a good lights na to set the mood. I loved it.  The program ended at 9:30PM, but since marami sa guests and nag-overnight na rin sa hotel, nag-stay pa rin sila sa reception and had drinks.  Me and hubby showered muna in our honeymoon suite, change clothes and joined them na ulit.  We finishd drinking at 3:00AM. Other thing na nagustuhan namin dito is they allow fireworks.  During our ocular, we always asked kung allowed ang fireworks and Ibarra is one of those that allow it.  Kaya pasok na pasok siya sa requirements namin : nice reception with a beautiful view and allows fireworks.
The hotel rooms naman for the preps are all spacious.  Two double beds each room and my bridal room has balcony with Taal view.  Super nice.  We got 3 rooms (2 double beds each room) for 3D2N. After the wedding, we had a complimentary honeymoon suite na all glass ang walls and separated from all other rooms kaya super romantic.

Handling of our Account (7/10)
Super nice ng Ibarra, okay na sana lahat except for one thing : AE na nag-handle ng account namin. when we booked them, the one who handled our account is hubby's friend kaya super smooth lahat. we were supposed to give DP na but she advised us to book na lang during bridal fair so we can enjoy the freebies. she assured naman us that we can get our preferred date kase she pencil booked us. so we booked nga during bridal fair and got some freebies. she even waived elevtricty fees and other charges for us. kaso she resigned din after few months kaya ibang AE na nag-handle account namin. Dito pumasok ang maraming issues. Anghirap kausap ng new AE, kesyo di daw allowed mag-waive ng other fees. Eh na-waive na nga for us nung dating AE eh, then sasabihin niya ngayon na di daw allowed. So nag-agree na din siya na waived na yung fees as per previous AE. Then after ilang months, di na naman pumayag. Ilang beses namin pinag-diskusyunan yan.  Though minimal fee lang naman siya, pero sabi ko, I won't pay for something na waived na para samin. In the end, nagbayad na lang din kami dahil ayaw niya talaga payagan. Another thing na in-stress niya ako eh yung fireworks.  Di na daw pwede mag-fireworks kase me nasira daw dati nung me nag-fireworks. Eh naka-book na kami ng fireworks, ano na mangyayari dun? Kaya nga din kami dun nag-reception kase gusto namin mag-fireworks.  From the start naman, we already told them na magf-fireworks kami, then biglang ayaw payagan. We understand naman kung ayaw na nila magpa-fireworks, pero sana naman eh payagan pa rin nila kami dahil kasama yun sa napag-usapan when we booked them. pwede nila ipagbawal sa mga next na magb-book sa kanila pero payagan naman nila kami dahil nga included yun sa napag-usapan namin. ilang beses namin sila tinawag-tawagan para lang payagan kami. even si hubby eh nangialam na rin at kinausap na rin sila. because hubby knows how much i love fireworks for our wedding. so after so many calls and email, ayun pinayagan din.  Ang problem nga lang, nag-resign na tong AE na to at ibang AE na naman nag-handle ng account namin.  Maayos ang latest AE na to, mahilig mag-update and follow up.  Problema nga lang pagdating ng wedding day mismo, di daw nila papayagan ang fireworks. Di daw sila aware na me fireworks kami. In short, di na-hand over ng maayos ang account namin. Nakakainis. Imagine, ayaw payagan ang fireworks on the day itself eh nandun na ang supplier. They told that to our coordinator 5 hours before reception starts. Buti na lang magaling si coordinator, she insisted na ituloy dahil yun ang napag-usapan with previous AE. Pinayagan na rin ni Ibarra in one condition : bawasan ang big shells. The coordinator advised na the fireworks supplier na palitan ang bigger shells ng normal shells para 5-mins display pa rin siya. So bumalik si fireworks supplier sa factory nila to get smaller shells and they assured us that they will be back on time for the display. Another thing na last minute na di pinayagan ni Ibarra is yung party poppers daw. Bawal na daw sa loob ng reception. So fine, eh di wag mag-party poppers.  Yan ang mga bagay na di ko nagustuhan sa Ibarra, medyo mahirap kausap depende din siguro sa AE na nagha-handle ng account.

Food (10/10)
Their inhouse caterer is Ibarra's catering.  Being foodie that we are, we loved their food! It's superb. We loved their beef, super sarap.  The guests also said the same thing.  Yun din ang favorite nila but all other food from soup to desserts are also masarap.  Happy tummy ang mga guests.  Happy tummy, happy guests Worth it na ang pagpunta nila all the way to Tagaytay kase nabusog namin sila 

Fireworks:  LF Fireworks (11/10)
dream ko talaga na me fireworks sa wedding kaya we decided for an afternoon mass then dinner reception para makapag-fireworks. we initially planned to get dragon fireworks, dahil yun ang sikat when it comes to fireworks. but when we researched more and looked around, we found out na marami pa rin naman palang ibang fireworks supplier. pinakanagustuhan namin si LF kase generous sila when it comes to big shells and maayos sila ka-coordinate. sila na rin ang nag-apply ng Tagaytay city hall permit na required ni reception aside from the usual PNP firing permit. 5PM pa ang calltime nila pero sabi nila, agahan daw nila at dun na daw sila ng 2PM. at dahil nga hindi pinayagan ni reception ang big shells, bumalik pa sila sa factory nila to get more smaller shells. pero as instructed by our coordinator, ginawa pa rin nilang 5-mins ang fireworks display. actually, even longer than that. parang 7 minutes na halos. they compensated siguro kase nga di pinayagan ang bigger shells. pero angganda pa rin ng display nila esp the finale. napa-palakpak ang guests after. ginawa namin ang fireworks display after the first dance kase baka konti na lang maka-witness kung sa last part of the program pa namin gagawin. our reception was indoor but there was also a garden so dun kami nag-viewing ng display. it was beautiful, i loved it!

PART 2/3

One of my favorite suppliers. The next thing we booked after church and reception.  Super galing talaga nila. Even si hubby who was objecting before on investing a good photographer, nagalingan din sa kanila.  Important nga din na nag-prenup photo session din kami with them, kase pagdating nung wedding, sobrang comfortable na kami sa kanila. We could smile and project naturally na, kase kampante na kami sa isa't isa.  Anggaling din ng photo choices nila for the onsite slideshow. They were able to capture all the emotions during the wedding.. The smiles, laughter and crying moments too.  They were able to deliver a story sa onsite slideshow nila.  At anggaling galing din nila mag-capture ng candid moments.  Huling huli ang mga candid moments kahit yung moments ng guests.  Even yung mga guests, nagalingan din sa kanila.  Kukunin din daw nila pag sila naman ang kinasal. Me mga sinend din ako sa kanila na pics na gusto ko sana ma-capture nila sakin and na-deliver nila yun ng effortless.  First time daw nila nag-cover ng preps sa Villa Ibarra kaya tuwang tuwa sila. Na-maximize nila lahat ng magandang spot. Pagdating naman sa church, anggaling pa rin nila.  They never run out of creative shots. Kahit ilang beses na sila nag-shoot sa Caleruega, hindi nauulit ang mga poses and pics nila 
dun. Angsipag din nila mag-shoot, gustung gusto nila kami kunan.  Gustung gusto kase nila na marami silang makuhang magandang shots.  Si coordinator na minsan ang nagre-remind na 5 mins lang daw kase need na pumunta sa reception. Kahit nung prenup shoot namin sa Fortune ISland, angsipag din nila.  The bangkero told us na till 12pm lang kami sa island kase daw baka umalon.  But Ruffa&Mike requested na baka pwedeng till 2pm pa kami dun kase gusto talaga nila mag-shoot. Very passionate talaga.  They also have a good working relation with our videog, di sila nagsasapawan. Hands down ako sa kanila.  I also asked them kung pwede ba kami maka-kopya ng lahat ng raw photos on that day right after the wedding since I'm overseas and baka matagalan kami makuha ang pics from them.  They said yes. Sabi ko kung magp-provide ba ako ng external hard disk just like what we did during prenup shoot.  During prenup shoot kase, nagdala kami ng external hard disk then kinopya nila agad agad dun lahat ng prenup raw photos right after the shoot. Pero sabi nila, kahit di na daw ako magdala external hard disk. Magdadala na lang daw sila ng USB, sila na daw ang bahala.  And right after the wedding bago sila umuwi, ayun iniabot na nga nila samin ang USB with all the raw photos.  Nandun na din ang prenup slideshow and wedding onsite slideshow. Solid! Personalized pa ang USB nila, their signatured RM USB.

Video: Dreamechanics (10/10)
We only met them during the wedding.  A major supplier that We weren't able to meet prior to the big day coz I'm overseas nga.  But the communication naman via email was constant.  I trust them fully since maganda lahat ng reviews dito sa GT.  And they didn't fail me.  Magaan agad ang loob ko sa kanila pagdating nila sa reception.  Teej & Melanie were so nice and nakabiruan ko agad sila during wedding preps kahit first time namin magkita-kita.  Added factor na rin siguro na they have worked a lot of times with majority of my suppliers kaya anggaan ng paligid. Walang awkward factor while they were shooting.  Their SDE is super nice too.  They were able to capture kung ano ang important.  The guests loved it too and they're waiting for me na i-upload ko na daw.. haha.. Teej told me that they can give me all the raw videos right after the wedding.  So I brought my own external hard disk since malaki ang file size niya.  And yun nga, nakuha din agad namin right after the wedding bago sila umuwi.  I'm just waiting for them to upload it on their vimeo account so I can also share it.   Actually they asked me kung pano ko gusto nila ibigay ang official CD since we're overseas nga, pero di ko pa sila nababalikan.  I love them! Hands down!

OTD+Host: Events Simplified (11/10)
Napaka-efficient and reliable ng team na to.  We got their OTD+host service.  Dahil nga overseas ako, more on emails and vibers ang communication namin.  MAbilis magreply lalo na si Karmie. In cases naman na medyo late ang reply, she apologizes kase me event daw at noon lang natapos.  Kahit otd lang kinuha ko sa kanila, dami ko din naitanong sa kanila regarding wedding preps. Marami silang number of meetings allowed prior to wedding pero nam-meet lang namin sila pag umuuwi ako Pinas. We had meeting twice, pero more on detailing na lang kase halos lahat naman eh napag-usapan na namin sa viber and emails. Me mga sinend din ako sa kanilang list of requests and detailed instructions, and lahat yun nasunod pagdating ng big day kaya sobrang hassle free.  Napaka-organized lahat ng flow ng pag-assist nila sa lahat even sa guests. Me mga guests kami na nag-feedback na super helpful daw ng coordinators. Me guest kase na nasira ang zipper ng dress.  Then me mga nakita daw siyang girls na me mga radio, so naisip niya daw na baka coordinator. Kaya nilapitan niya at nagpatulong siya sa dress niya. Aba, super prepared daw ang coordinator kase kumpleto sila ng safety pins and sewing kit.  Ayun, tinahi daw ang likod ng damit niya para di bumuka. Kaya natuwa siya sa coordinator namin.  Even si hubby, na-happy.  Yung host&wine offer kase namin, wala pang cellophane.  He asked the coordinator during preps kung me cellophane sila.  Sabi ni coordinator, sila na daw ang bahala. And voila, nagkaron na 
ng cellophane cover ang host&wine namin, at angganda pa ng pagkabalot nila. Kaice, the one who was with me naman all day was super helpful din. Everytime I need to go toilet, super alalay siya sa gown ko. Siya talaga nag-aangat para maka-CR ako.. Pagdating naman sa church, naubos na bottled water ko eh nauuhaw ako, pumunta pa siya sa tindahan para ibili ako water and candy kase kinakabahan ako.. lol.. yung mga coordinators na rin ang nagtanggal sa box at nag-assemble ng souvenirs namin before i-distribute sa guests.  100 pcs din yun pero sila ang gumawa lahat. super stress free talaga. wala ka ng ibang iisipin. Even yung mga guests na wala sa guestlist, na-handle nila ng maayos.  Isa pang na-handle nila ng maayos is yung ayaw nga payagan ang fireworks nung mismong kaarawan na dahil di daw sila aware coz di na-turn over ng dating AE. Imagine, ayaw payagan ang fireworks on the day itself eh nandun na ang supplier. They told that to our coordinator 5 hours before reception starts. Buti na lang magaling si coordinator, she insisted na ituloy dahil yun ang napag-usapan with previous AE. Pinayagan na rin ni Ibarra in one condition : bawasan ang big shells. The coordinator advised the fireworks supplier na palitan ang bigger shells ng normal shells para 5-mins display pa rin siya. So bumalik si fireworks supplier sa factory nila to get smaller shells and natuloy ang fireworks, and they made it 7-mins na.
Our host naman, Karmie, did a great job. Lahat ng guests, tutok sa program kase magaling siya mag-deliver.  And add ko lang, hubby surprised me with a dance number. <3 After the first dance, nagtaka ako bakit di pa rin tumitigil ang music.  Then lumapit na sakin relatives niya ang groomsmen, lahat sumasayaw. Sinayawan  nila ako.. haha.. Galing talaga lagi mag-surprise ni hubby! Pati coordinator namin, na-kutsaba niya para sa surprise dance number for me.

HMUA: Diana Santos (10/10)
She's my HMUA for the wedding and prenup too.  Actually, one look lang and included  sa package na kasama sa prenup namin last Feb, pero ginawa niyang unlimited.  Everytime mag-change outfit ako, change looks din ako. Angsaya! Anggaling niya din mag-make up.  For the wedding naman, I told her prior na ang peg kong make-up is winged smoky eyes then pink lips.  She told me that she can make it winged but not so much to fit my eyes shape. And I appreciate na sinasabi niya kung ano ang mas bagay.  I superloved my make-up. Anggaling niya din mag-contour.  Lalo lumiit ang mukha ko. Siya din ang personal na nagpupunas ng pawis ko nung nasa labas kami ng Caleruega.  Super init kase 2:30PM nun.  Pero todo punas siya ng pawis ko and made sure na maayos na maayos pa rin ang make-up ko before I walk down the aisle.  Siya din nag-makeup sa sisters&mom ko, pati na rin mom ni hubby.  PAti grooming ng brothers ko, sa kanila na rin.  The grooming included light foundation and even hairstyle. Super ma-tsika din siya.  Chika galore sa mga siblings ko..

Bridal Gown: Kim Concepcion of KC Couture (10/10)
I was able to fit different gowns in SG (vera wang and monique gowns too) before I decided to book Kim who is based in Manila. Also one of my favorite suppliers.  Super maalaga and lagi niya ako ina-update kung kumusta na ang gown.  We only had 3 fittings since I'm overseas.  First fitting was lining pa lang then 2nd fitting was nung umuwi nako Pinas 7 days before the wedding.  The problem is I lost weight from the time she got my measurement last December.  I gained kase during that time due to Christmas parties and pigging out.  Which I lost din naman agad.  I lost 9kgs (from 50kg, naging 41kg ako).  So pag-fit ko ng gown 7 days before the wedding, super luwag niya.  Needed bawasan ng 2 inches each side ng bodice.  So nag-fit ulit ako 4 days before the wedding, ayun sakto na.  I love the beadworks, the emboidery and the frou frou.  Just the way I want my gown to be. 

Groom's Suit : Manny Mondelo (9/10)
We know Manny kase siya ang designer ng sister ko and bro-in-law when they got married last year in Ayala Alabang.  so we got him this time for hubby's suit naman since I already have a gown designer.  I ranted before na hindi siya sumasagot sa messages ko prior hubby's first fitting.  The first fitting was one month before the wedding kaya panic galore ako.  Siguro dahil kilala namin siya kaya feeling niya siguro kahit di niya na ako reply-an.  One month niya din ako in-stress nun kase nga di siya nagre-reply nun sa messages ko, kinailangan ko pa tawagan. Pero nawala na lahat ng stress na binigay niya sakin, nung natapos niya na ang suit.  I didn't look at the actual suit though para me surprise factor.  Basta ang alam ko, nag-final fitting na si hubby.  And nung nakita ko sa wedding, maganda siya.  It's not the normal cut ng suit.  We told him din kase na medyo ibahin niya din ang style ng wedding suit kase nag-suit na si hubby during prenup.  And he was able to deliver.  Two-looks suit siya kaya nag-iba ng looks si hubby sa reception.  Manny even advised kung anong bagay na shoes and belt for that.  Despite the stress he gave me, I don't regret getting Manny because I am very sure that he delivers.  Even the grooms men, binibiro si hubby na alagaan ang suit niya kase gagamitin din daw nila.. lol

Mobile Bar/Cake/Photobooth : Villa Ibarra (10/10)
na-maximize namin ng sobra ang mobile bar. they stayed for the after party. even after the after party, we stayed at the venue kase dun naman kami naka-check-in.  they had one particular mix na gustung gusto ko, nag-request ako ng ilang tray of shooters nun and asked them to put it in ourtables kaya marami pa rin kaming drinks even after matapos ang after-party.. lol
The program ended at 9:30PM, but since marami sa guests and nag-overnight na rin sa hotel, nag-stay pa rin sila sa reception and had drinks.  Me and hubby showered muna in our honeymoon suite, change clothes and joined them na ulit.  We finishd drinking at 3:00AM
The photobooth supplier I think was Quickprint, it was freebie kase we booked duting bridal fair. Nasunod ang layout na gusto namin.  They also gave us the CDs of the photos.  And cake too, kung ano ang gusto namin detailing yun ang output. We chose marble caramel cake, yummy!

Lights and Sound: JS Mina (10/10)
Nagustuhan ko ang lights set-up nila.  Yung sounds, di ko na masyado napansin kase more on sa program ako naka-focus.. lol

Projector: Artuz 101 (10/10)
We only used it for the AVPs/SDE and maayos naman sila napanood so fair enough to give them 10.
 
Florist : Clieo Flowers (10/10)
sila ang official stylist ng ibarra pagdating sa table centerpieces. so sa kanila na rin kami kumuha ng flowers for church and entou para mas madali kausap. di ako masyado particular sa flowers, pero nagandahan ako sa arrangements nila. organized din sila kase me word doc sila ng types of flowers na ip-prepare nila for each entou and sa church din, including all the pictures of the actual arrangements/bouquets. and kung ano ang nakalagay sa docs nilang binigay samin, yun exactly ang actual na gawa nila come wedding day kaya natuwa ako. another thing, we asked them kung pwede sila mag-provide ng red carpet sa church kase walang red carpet si caleruega. and they provided it nga, kaya nakapag-red carpet ako sa aisle going to the altar.

Invitation: Invitations Design by Kenneth Uy (8/10)
Maganda ang choices ng invitations nila. They delivered kung anong gusto namin kahit naka-ilang revision sila before namin in-approve.  Di ko lang siguro nagustuhan is nung day of collection, wala sila sa office/house nila.  Ang tao lang dun was helper nila who didn't want to let us in. Bumalik na lang daw kami sa ibang araw. Seriously?! so 30 mins kami sa labas ng gate at super init. Tinawagan namin si Kenneth sa phone niya and he talked to the helper. That was the only time na pinapasok kami at ibinigay ang invitation. Nainis kami kase Kenneth knows naman na dadating kami on that time for collection, sana di siya umalis during that period. Or kung umalis man eh magbilin sa kung sino maiiwan sa bahay kase me appointment naman kami. We told the helper na di namin yun nagustuhan.  After a few days, tumatawag samin si Kenneth tumatawag samin si Kenneth pero di na namin in-entertain.

Hotel Preps (3D2N): Villa Ibarra (10/10)
The hotel rooms naman for the preps are all spacious.  Two double bed each rooms and my bridal room has balcony with Taal view.  Super nice.  We got 3 rooms (2 double beds each room) for 3D2N. After the wedding, we had a complimentary honeymoon suite na all glass ang walls and separated from all other rooms kaya super romantic.

Wedding Bands : Soo Kee Singapore (11/10)
Lahat ng branches ng different wedding bands shop sa sg, pinuntahan namin at finit lahat ng nagustuhan namin.  And we felt the this-is-it feeling when we saw this wedding band in Soo Kee. You'll never go wrong sa wedding bands in sg.  Me assurance talaga ang superb quality.  It's 18k rose gold and white gold with diamonds.  Lifetime warranty na rin siya and unlimited cleaning.

Strings:  String Colours Ensemble (10/10)
I based my rating sa guests feedback.  Sabi nila magaling daw.  Di ko na din kase napansin ang songs nila kaya focused kami sa program and other activities

Bridal Car: Don Roberts (10/10)
Very familiar na sila sa daan sa Tagaytay kaya kahit traffic, we were able to make it to church/reception in just 30 mins

Suppliers Meal : Jhulian's Catering (10/10)
It's a wedding caterer/stylist based sa South and we know the owner kaya trusted&tested na to.  They catered some of our friends' wedding kaya I'm sure na masarap talaga ang food.

Sa mga na back read ko, mukhang okay naman sila (kaya namin sila binook.. hehe) I think kaysa na yung 200k mo na budget for venue and food kung L&J and Taalena. But then again, depende pa din yan sa number of pax mo. Happy preps sis!

Re Taalena and Sir willie, much better na mag inquire ka first kay sir willie, then ire-recommend ka nya sa Taalena. May discount kasi kapag si sir Willie ang nag settle sa Taalena, less hassle pa.

Read mo down here yung suppliers rating ni sis jentotmd, katapos lang wedding nya last May 10 and very successful ang wedding nya. Napanood na namin and SDE. She was a very satisfied Taalena and L&J bride as well.

hi sis. we got Taalena kasi thru Kuya Willie. Pero as far as I can remember, around 49k yung venue. Both indoor and outdoor na yun. if you prefer na garden lang, tapos umulan (wag naman sana) on your day, no charge na as back-up yung indoor.
